Very nice and helpful people at the desk and we enjoyed the breakfasts which were different every day. Apartment was beautiful with plenty of storage and we enjoyed the balcony. My only problem, being a short person, was getting in and out of the tub which had very high sides.

This hotel is beautiful, convenient and well located. Unfortunately, 2 of the staff members were so shockingly rude that my entire experience there was tainted. Even more disappointing was that their attitude seemed so pointed that it felt like racism :( Such a shame for such a gorgeous hotel in such a wonderful city.

Lovely property in the old Jewish area. Easy to walk to the old town and around the Jewish area. Close to the train station for the link to the airport. Breakfast was excellent and the bar and outside area were lovely. The rooms were quiet and spacious.
Great idea to forgo a room clean and get a voucher for a glass of Prosecco or coffee or late check out.

This hotel was exceptional, we booked a junior suite and got a very lovely upgrade to the Metropolitan suite!!!
The room was incredible, it even had a piano!!
The air-conditioning was top-notch. The bed was super comfortable and the lounge area was very relaxing.
We had complimentary water and a bottle of sparkling wine as part of our stay.
The buffet breakfast each morning had a good variety and was good quality.
The fab fusion bar was also very good value and a lot of choice. A lovely outdoor patio area in the sunshine for drinks was very relaxing after a busy day exploring the city.
We would highly recommend this hotel, it was wonderful.
