Good place to stay before an early morning crossing back from Caen.

No washcloths, no coffee second day, coffee maker worked poorly, food was left in microwave, rules for using kitchenware was extra charges if not cleaned and put away. No dish liquid soap provided. We did not need kitchenette and when reserving online did not indicate it. Can't call front dedk with room phone had to use cell phone.No shampoo and conditioner. Hair dryer button had to be held down entire time. I would not recommend this hotel. Made for not a perfect vacation.

Le logement est vraiment pratique et bien placé! Le système des chaussons et peignoirs est vraiment très appréciable! Le fait que l’appartement soit relié à l’hôtel permet de bénéficier de plusieurs services : accès piscine, spa et massages ce qui est génial ! Logement à cinq minutes à pied de la plage et ça c’est vraiment un luxe!

La loggia très bon hôtel

Trois jours pour profiter du beau temps nous avons passé un très bon séjour à la loggia personnels très agréables et chambre super propre. Emplacement en centre-ville très apprécié. Très bon petit déjeuner avec du vrai jus d’orange.

Un emplacement parfait. La chambre familiale pratique. Une chambre pour les enfants et un grand lit 2 places dans le séjour. Mais le sol en piteux état. Parquet qui se décolle. C’est dommage car ça aurait besoin d'une bonne rénovation, sinon, ce serait très bien.

Très Bien

Personnel aux petits soins et très réactif. Jolie rénovation des chambres. Style très sympa. Suite familiale très bien avec réfrigérateur, Bouilloire, Cafetière, Nespresso, Grille-Pain, Plaques de Cuisson, Lave-Vaisselle (mais en panne). Quelques petits soucis de ménage à l'arrivée mais grande réactivité pour y remédier. Femme de chambre très gentille ! Excellente situation au cœur de Deauville et non loin des Planches. Piscine agréable bien que fraîche. J'y retournerai sans hésiter.

Séjour agréable dans un établissement confortable

Très bon séjour dans cet établissement propre et agréable situé en plein cœur du centre ville. La chambre est spacieuse et bien équipée. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et composé de bons produits. Le spa et salon de massage permettent de prendre soin de soi. Merci à toute l'équipe d'avoir été attentive à notre bien être.

Accueil vraiment zéro, la même femme qui nous a répondu très hautainement au téléphone nous a réservé le même accueil.. un accueil froid et très désagréable. Nous étions 2 et avons eu le droit pour notre suite à une seule dosette de café ainsi qu à une seule petite bouteille d’eau de 33cl..... dernière fois ici ! Pour un hôtel de ce type et une suite réservée c’est vraiment regrettable. Zéro

Great central location. Room was spacious, smart and well equipped. Only disappointment was the free parking. It wasn’t clear enough beforehand that parking was on a ‘go find a space on the street’ basis which was difficult as it was busy and ,last spaces paid for.
