Appartement bien agencé et très bien placé.Le jardin est top et l’appartement est décoré avec goût. Par contre gros bémol sur la propreté de l’appartement on se demande même si le ménage à été fait avant notre arrivée.Poubelle de la cuisine toujours pleine, beaucoup de poussières,eau de la cafetière toujours présente. Chaussette sale trouvée sous le canapé de la chambre qui doit y être encore.. C est fort dommage car nous payons quand même 60e de frais de ménage… C est un endroit agréable dans lequel j’aurais pris plaisir à revenir sans ce gros désagrément.

Nous avons passé un très beau séjour et le soleil était au rendez-vous, parfait pour la belle terrasse et le jardin. L'appartement est très agréable et l'endroit est super central. Seul bémol était la propreté qui n'était pas au rendez-vous. Là il faut faire un effort car ce n'est pas du tout accueillant quand on arrive et qu'il faut faire le ménage... Sinon accueil très gentil de la gérante, tout s'est bien passé

Appartement très agréable. La terrasse et le jardin sont un plus pour profiter des lieux. La plage, Les Franciscaines et les commerces sont très accessibles à pieds. Grande disponibilité de Bérénice pour faciliter les arrivées et les départs. Nous sommes prêts à revenir pour profiter à nouveau de la Normandie.

Wohnung mit Garten in einer Wohnanlage

Während unseres Aufenthalts wurde die Decke des Voyers vor dem Eingang zum Wohnhaus saniert. Was an zwei Tagen eine erhebliche Lärmbelästigung verursachte. Es war an diesen Tagen kein Aufenthalt in der Wohnung möglich und auch im Garten nicht. Weder die Vermieterin noch die Agentur war bisher bemüht uns für diese beiden Tage zu entschädigen. Obwohl man davon ausgehen kann, dass die Bauarbeiten der Vermieterin bekannt waren. Das Doppelbett ist leider im eigentlichen Kinderzimmer aufgestellt. Was dort gerade so Platz hat und dadurch der Komfort leidet. Für ältere Menschen mit Einschränkungen völlig ungeeignet. Es wäre eine schöne Wohnung, wenn sie anders eingerichtet wäre. Das ist im Inserat nicht ersichtlich, dass das Doppelbett im Kinderzimmer steht.

Appartement conforme aux photos. Doté de tout le nécessaire. Literie très bien. Idéal pour un couple et 2 enfants. Les plus : la terrasse et le jardin en plein soleil. Place de parking juste à côté.
