"Entering the hotel, I was thinking I had made a mistake. The seats in the lobby were torn and not in good condition at all. Same with the seats in the coffee shop. But the rooms were excellent. And the service was also excellent. Went to breakfast every morning at 8 AM. Returned to my room at 9 AM and the room had already been cleaned and serviced. I'm not sure Hilton does any better service than this. The wait staff in the coffee shop also excellent. Big pond outside the coffee shop with ducks playing in the water."

"This hotel was reasonably priced and the bed was comfortable. We had a non-smoking room, but the smell of smoke was horrible. The noise went on in the hall for hours. I think the security guard was telling people to move on to their rooms, but kept happening over and over. "

"Everything was superb except one of the EV Charger parking stalls was fenced off because a few stones on the landscape wall were damaged. There was no reason to close the entire parking stall. There was also a non-EV BMW 3 series parked in the only other charging stall, blocking access to it. When people drive hundreds of miles into Death Valley to an expensive Inn with two chargers, they shoukd be able to expect the management to ensure both are available to actual EV cars."
