"This hotel was reasonably priced and the bed was comfortable. We had a non-smoking room, but the smell of smoke was horrible. The noise went on in the hall for hours. I think the security guard was telling people to move on to their rooms, but kept happening over and over. "

"Everything was superb except one of the EV Charger parking stalls was fenced off because a few stones on the landscape wall were damaged. There was no reason to close the entire parking stall. There was also a non-EV BMW 3 series parked in the only other charging stall, blocking access to it. When people drive hundreds of miles into Death Valley to an expensive Inn with two chargers, they shoukd be able to expect the management to ensure both are available to actual EV cars."

"The check in process is very very slow and troublesome. It should be more efficient. They should prepare things in advance since I have a reservation. They have a break without staffs. I have to wait over 30 minutes before I can check in. It is terrible. I cannot locate the room that they assigned me. "
