Beautiful cozy mountain themed condo! This 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom with a pullout sofa bed is the perfect stay for any small group or family. It is located at the Copperstone Resort in Dead Man's Flats, Alberta, a very short drive to Canmore (just over 5 minutes). The entire condo will be yours to enjoy with plenty of amenities. The contemporary kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and an island with bar stools. The unit is stocked with all the cookware, cutlery, and kitchen items that you may require. 4 of each item (plates, bowls, cutlery, etc) will be provided. All clean towels and linens will be provided as well. The condo has a work space with desk and chair, as well as a brand new updated bathroom and flooring throughout! This main floor unit also features a patio with a table and chairs for you to enjoy. The resort features heated underground parking, a hot tub, fitness room, and pool table room. All being completely complimentary to your stay. There is easy access to plenty of trails allowing you to explore the beautiful surroundings including Pigeon Creek. I hope you enjoy this beautiful luxury condo in the Rockies and I look forward to making this a comfortable experience.

Parking: There is one complimentary parking spot available in the parkade. There is no assigned stall but you must show the parking pass on your dash. You will find the parking pass on the counter in the condo when you check in. THIS MUST BE RETURNED UPON CHECK OUT! If the parkade is full, there is overflow parking that also requires the parking pass. If additional parking is needed there is 15$/day parking available using the Indigo Parking app.

Perfect location!

Clean, beautiful and quiet, only a few minutes to all amenities in Canmore but quieter than staying right in Canmore. Unit is conveniently close to hot tub and fire pit. Would definitely stay again!

Great stay

It’s a beautiful condo with everything we needed for an overnight stay. The patio opens up to a grassy area which was nice to enjoy. The condo is in a good proximity to some trails, creek and a river. We really enjoyed our stay and I would highly recommend this property and it’s host.

Beautiful cabin located in a resort close to Banff/Canmore. Very Comfortable Cabin which was well stocked and clean. Enjoyed the stay on our trip! The host was lovely and made sure to check in with us and provide reminders

Hidden gem

Just minutes from Canmore. Close to all the action, far enough for quiet nights. The property has a great walking path along a river which was a great route for the dogs every morning and at night after a day of hiking.I feel like this place will quickly become hard to book given its location, the unit itself, amenities and just overall experience.I would book sooner than later if you want to experience everything Banff and Canmore have to offer without breaking the bank!The host was great to work with and very quick to respond. We would absolutely go back!! (Our pups loved it too!)

The star is for the room and the location, both great! Unfortunately that is where the positives end. The hot tub was closed for maintenence which happens, however this was a very important reason for my fiancée and I booking the room. There was no warning of this, alternative, or offer of compensation for this detail being missed. When communicating with the owner we were directed to a front desk in a non-affiliated building next door. There was no front desk, no phone number and no solution.The owner also claimed to be working on a solution but did not get back to us with any sort of resolution. When > I attempted to get in touch after being frustrated at trying to track down non existent staff at the wrong building, the owner essentially explained how it was not their fault and offered nothing further. Abysmal customer service for an expensive 2 night stay. Spend that money on a suite at Pomeroy Kananaskis instead, the views, amenities and service are exceptional by comparison.

Our stay was excellent. The accommodations were perfect for us. The walking trail behind the building was excellent. Our dogs loved walking it. The short distance to Canmore was excellent. Checking in and out was seemless. Communication with Carter was excellent. We would stay here again.

Very cozy place and super clean. It was a home away from home above my expectations the extra blankets were a very nice comforting touch especially when the fireplace was active. I would highly recommend anyone to stay here. 🔥🔥

Everything was perfect, except as far as we knew from the pictures it looked like a lot larger apartment than just one floor. Wasn't expecting to have bunk beds but other than that it was amazing and will stay again.

This was the perfect property. We had all the comforts of being at home, full kitchen, laundry, bbq, spacious, very clean and beautiful condo.. and omg.. the bed was so comfortable.. We loved it here. Our host was available to answer any questions without delay. We will definitely be back to stay here or at any otber properties offered by Carter. .

Best bang for our buck

Exactly as described. Very clean and had everything we needed. We stayed here at the halfway point of our trip. Having a washer and dryer tremendously reduced our packing. It’s a very small town with only two gas stations and not much more but it was a quick drive to Canmore and Banff. Carter was quick to respond to any questions. The only suggestion I would have is to put a fan in the bedroom. But I would guess there’s only a few months of the year where it gets hot enough to need that :) That’s more of just a personal preference, not even a complaint really. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Host did not disclose hot tub was under long term renovations even though it had been closed for several weeks prior. The pictures depict a very bright looking suite however I think some amazing photography was used to achieve this. The suite itself is naturally very dark due to the location. This is a personal preference as some people love to be in darkness hence the "cozy vibe" in a lot of reviews. If you need a lot of sunlight I would choose a different suite in the same location as the location itself is fantastic. Some of the light bulbs were burned out in the suite making it even darker. Half the lighting used was the fluorescent feeling bright white LED which doesn't help. For the most part the suite itself was clean, dishes were clean but definitely overdue for a good thorough deep clean of the kitchen cupboards etc. If you misplace parking pass it is $100 to replace it and you have to remove all of your own garbage bags at the end of your stay.
