"Though built and opened in 2018 the facility feels and looks brand new. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is awesome and served as a buffet style. Location is three stops from Amsterdam Central so very convenient. We would stay here again. "

Although the room was great and I will certainly return, some of the other areas of the hotel were a little tired and outdated. No bar on-site is a limitation too because sometimes you don’t want to leave the hotel but want to get out of the room. Location was excellent. Staff was friendly."

"I loved this hotel. We stayed 2 nights to see Rotterdam and travel to other locations easily by train (The Hague) and waterboat too (Kinderdijk). I would highly recommend. The staff were so friendly, helpful and kind and the location is opposite a main tram stop (Weena) and close to Rotterdam Centraal station. The room was clean and perfect for sleeping and showering in, and the cleaning staff also so kind. 10/10 from me and my teenage son "

"Rooms weren't cleaned despite us asking for them to be. No bath towels then. Rooms weren't that clean anyway. Quiet Breakfast was good. Free tea and coffee available all day. Staff not that helpfu."
