"We had a great stay at this property. There was an issue with the pool heat the first day but they had maintenance there within a couple hours and fixed. Washing machine on 3rd floor was not working for our stay but there was another on the 2nd floor so not a major issue. The house was clean, plenty of parking for our group, and short distance to the beach.We loved the pool area with tv by the hot tub. Was great for enjoying March madness games!"

"We try to take a trip every year and this property was by far the best. It is so close to the beach and the balcony and porch area facing the lake is AMAZING! Every day you can wake up and watch ducks and turtles and pelicans outside. Easy check in process and we were checked in on. Would definitely recommend!"

Had everything we needed to relax and enjoy a much needed vacation. Kimberly, the owner, is great and came to introduce herself to us on the beach and make sure we had everything we needed. The beds and linens are fantastic! We all slept like babies. I really can't say enough about this place. We will definitely be returning. "

"Absolutely no issues. My only hangup is that I was expecting "incredible gulf views of the beach" per the description, and this is not the case. There is beautiful condo's build in front of this home. You can see the ocean, but the view is not great. You walk about 150 feet to the gate to access a very nice private beach. Neighborhood is great. The pool is very nice. I would book again. For the price you will not find better in this area. "
