"Super clean and attractive facilities. Great location. Nice breakfast buffet. Only comment is that the music in the lobby and the pool area is unnecessarily loud. I get they want a party atmosphere but it’s hard to have a conversation. I felt like I was yelling during check in so the attendant could hear me over the music."

"One of the worst Hilton stays I have ever experienced. Upon arrival the only parking options were $35 to park across the street and walk or $50 for valet. We had an SUV full of equipment for an event so we paid for valet. Later when I requested my car, I was told if I took it out I would lose my valet space because it could be given to someone else. If I am paying for valet, losing the space simply for using my vehicle is completely unacceptable. We asked for a luggage cart and were told guests cannot use them and a bellhop had to assist. When we tried to get help, he said he was too busy. We ended up making multiple trips ourselves. The explanation was the hotel has around 750 rooms but only five carts. That is a management problem, not a guest problem. The room is extremely dated. The beds are uncomfortable and the TV is so old you cannot even stream, it still runs through an outdated cable guide. Toiletries were empty when we arrived and were never refilled during our entire three day stay. There is also a resort fee for what exactly? The internet barely works and parking is an additional charge. We were never able to speak with staff about these issues. No one was available and even the Hilton app chat went unanswered. The only staff we consistently saw were the valet attendants. At night people blasted loud music for hours and chairs and trash were thrown from balconies ont"

"We will never be staying here again. We had a rental car, they give you a pice of paper they call a parking pass to put on your dash. Well when your driving around and come back its easy to forget to put it back on your dash. We forgot had our car parked for 45 min to come out and see our car had ben towed. The front desk was no help. Infact they couldnt even tell us the number for the tow lot. Also the kitchnet in the room says it comes with dished but there was not one dish to use. Defeats the purpuse in paying extra for a room with a kitchen when you cant even use it. "

"Wonderful view and recent refurbishment was nice, however elevator and water problems both requiring maintenance during our stay, caused inconvenience to customers. Room wasn’t clean especially floor and baseboards. I cleaned it myself after approaching front desk staff with another question and feeling like I was being a bother. I didn’t find front desk staff friendly at all. "

"Our stay at the Hard Rock Hotel was fantastic from start to finish. The beach was clean, relaxing, and surprisingly not crowded, which made it easy to enjoy the water and the view. The staff was friendly and attentive everywhere we went. We loved the restaurants—great food and the convenience of dining near the pool made the whole experience even better. We’ll absolutely be returning!"
