The place is modern, well-kept, and perfectly designed for travelling workers like myself. It’s in a great location with easy access to London, making commuting effortless. The staff were respectful, kind, and always ready to help, which made the experience even better. I really appreciated the free coffee — a thoughtful touch for those of us who are always working! The cleaning team were genuinely fun to chat with, and they clearly take pride in keeping everything spotless. The fully furnished room was 10/10, a true turnkey solution for someone who’s always on the go. It had everything I needed — from a well-equipped kitchenette to comfortable bedding and fast Wi-Fi which was over 100mb download & 75mb upload speeds (per 10 seconds). "Check in was a pleasant experience and when I asked if we could have a quiet room we were upgraded to an executive room with fridge. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. We’ve stayed here on numerous occasions over the years and I’d say the breakfast wasn’t as good as usual. The dining room is getting shabby and stains on chairs off putting. To be fair a lot of guests were down for breakfast and it wasn’t so easy to choose what you wanted to eat. the food wasn’t being replenished quickly to meet demand, eg I was looking forward to fried eggs but I couldn’t wait as I’d already plated the mushrooms and bacon. I liked the gluten free cornflakes. They’re portion wrapped to fresh. Good choice of breads. We didn’t get croissants as none left at 8.00am. They might have been replenished later. Good choice of items and there are healthy options too. As usual the waiting staff are busy. They have activities to do on their phones and need to discuss with colleagues but they are always friendly when approached. I’d say breakfast is okay overall. The hotel isn’t perfect but there’s nothing that I’d want to complain about and happy to stay again. "

"We stayed at the property for a relatively last minute decision to go to F1 in Silverstone, so it was fine for our purposes, which was basically just a place for 3 couples to sleep. I would have been very disappointed if I was looking for a nicer place to vacation. While all UK properties are small, this had limitations, such as the steps to the third floor bedroom were too small to get larger luggage up. Also the parking situation was not good. It's close but you have to be super careful or you will be immediately ticketed. Make sure you get parking pass emailed from the host so you can display it, we did not as we had a rental car and we are still battling Milton Keynes Council. Also there was only one key which very problematic given we had 3 couples and the door automatically locks. Getting locked out clearly happens a lot based on signage in the apt. The place was clean but could use some sprucing up (torn curtains, shabby kitchen & back yard. ) While likely not unusual for a rental, the neighbors clearly didn't want us there. "
