If you're looking for a vacation destination that is truly oceanfront, Towers Grande delivers. This building offers absolute privacy with a keyed entry, private underground parking and beautiful oceanfront pools and hot tubs. Sun by the pool or relax on your private balcony and take in the blue waters of the Atlantic.

Towers Grande sits directly on the beach near shops, golf, entertainment and nightlife. It's a short drive to the Main Street Pier, where you can catch a free concert at the band shell, stroll the Boardwalk, take the kids on the rides or spend the day at the water park. You're also close to the Sunglow Pier for a great meal at the world-famous Crabby Joe's.

This spacious oceanfront condo offers approximately 2,400 square feet of luxury. As you walk toward the condo, gazing at the Halifax River below, you'll find a private screened front porch with outdoor dining furniture. Inside, the tastefully decorated oceanfront living room features beautiful leather couches and a flat-screen TV, all overlooking the Atlantic Ocean with an entrance to your private balcony.

The ocean view dining room offers a spacious table that seats six, right next to the fully stocked kitchen. The kitchen has its own additional dining area for 4 more guests, plus 3 bar stools, so there's plenty of room for everyone at mealtimes. For added convenience, there is also a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer.

The oceanfront primary suite features a king bed, a flat-screen TV, direct access to the oceanfront balcony and large windows to take in beautiful sunrises. The ensuite primary bathroom offers a double vanity, a relaxing tub, a spacious walk-in shower with a handheld shower head and a walk-in closet. The first guest bedroom has a queen bed and a TV, with a full bathroom next door that also opens to the common area. The second guest bedroom has just received new furniture and now features a king bed, a twin bed, a TV and an ensuite bathroom. While we don't have new photos of this room just yet, they're coming soon!

Step out onto the expansive oceanfront balcony, complete with outdoor seating, and relax as you watch the waves below.

Please note that the Towers Grande HOA has specific rules that it enforces stringently. Some rules to highlight before booking are that the same guests must stay in the condo for the entire length of the stay and cannot be swapped out with other guests during one stay. Private vehicles with any commercial decal are not allowed, as the HOA considers them commercial vehicles. The HOA also requires guests to speak with them respectfully if the HOA gives a verbal warning about a rule. After your reservation is confirmed, the HOA has us send you an addendum agreeing to their specific rules and fine penalties. Many guests very much enjoy Towers Grande, but it is not the best fit for everyone, so if you have any questions about these rules, please ask us before booking online.

To ensure you receive the best possible cleaning experience, we do not allow Saturday departures during spring and summer school breaks and Bike Week. Simply enter any departure date other than Saturday during those seasons to see a quote and book online instantly.

Secured parking is available in the underground garage with one reserved space for this condo, plus one additional unassigned above-ground space on a first come, first served basis. This means guests can have a maximum of 2 vehicles, or the motorcycle equivalent, though only the one assigned garage space can be guaranteed. This property cannot accommodate trailers or recreational vehicles but we'd be happy to refer you to a nearby parking company upon request.

The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Once your reservation is confirmed, one of our booking agents will send our rental agreement for you to e-sign and return, and we will need a copy of your photo ID.
