Towers Grande sits directly on the beach near shops, golf, entertainment and nightlife. It's a short drive to the Main Street Pier, where you can catch a free concert at the band shell, stroll the Boardwalk, take the kids on the rides or spend the day at the water park. You're also close to the Sunglow Pier for a great meal at the world-famous Crabby Joe's.

This gorgeous condo has been completely renovated and boasts numerous upgrades across approximately 2,400 square feet. Owned by a successful interior designer, it has elegant design touches everywhere you turn. As you walk toward the condo, gazing at the Halifax River below, you'll find a private screened front porch with outdoor dining furniture. Inside, you're greeted by a sitting room with a leather couch, a flat-screen TV, an electric piano and beautiful décor, all overlooking the Halifax River through forward-facing bay windows.

Step further inside to the tastefully decorated oceanfront living room, which features a flat-screen TV and leather furnishings, along with direct access to the oceanfront balcony. The luxury dining area seats six and includes a custom built-in china cabinet fully stocked for all your dining needs. The state of the art kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, track lighting and bar seating, all overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.

The oceanfront primary suite is a private retreat featuring a king bed, a flat-screen TV, direct balcony access and expansive windows to watch the waves crashing below. The ensuite primary bathroom boasts a double vanity, a large garden tub, a spacious walk-in shower and luxury built-in closets. The first guest bedroom offers a queen bed, a flat-screen TV, luxury décor and breathtaking oceanfront views, with a full bathroom across the hall. The second guest bedroom features a queen bed, a flat-screen TV, oceanfront views and an ensuite bathroom.

Step out onto the expansive oceanfront balcony, complete with outdoor seating, and relax as you watch the waves below.

This condo has been modified for ease of accessibility but is not fully ADA accessible. The doors are the ADA recommended width in all cases except the bathroom off the middle bedroom. The shower in the primary bathroom has a place to sit, but there is a slight ledge to step over to get into the shower.

Please note that the Towers Grande HOA has specific rules that it enforces stringently. Some rules to highlight before booking are that the same guests must stay in the condo for the entire length of the stay and cannot be swapped out with other guests during one stay. Private vehicles with any commercial decal are not allowed, as the HOA considers them commercial vehicles. The HOA also requires guests to speak with them respectfully if the HOA gives a verbal warning about a rule. After your reservation is confirmed, the HOA has us send you an addendum agreeing to their specific rules and fine penalties. Many guests very much enjoy Towers Grande, but it is not the best fit for everyone, so if you have any questions about these rules, please ask us before booking online.

To ensure you receive the best possible cleaning experience, we do not allow Saturday departures during spring and summer school breaks and Bike Week. Simply enter any departure date other than Saturday during those seasons to see a quote and book online instantly.

Secured parking is available in the underground garage with one reserved space for this condo, plus one additional unassigned above-ground space on a first come, first served basis. This means guests can have a maximum of 2 vehicles, or the motorcycle equivalent, though only the one assigned garage space can be guaranteed. This property cannot accommodate trailers or recreational vehicles but we'd be happy to refer you to a nearby parking company upon request.

The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Once your reservation is confirmed, one of our booking agents will send our rental agreement for you to e-sign and return. Unless you book on Airbnb, we will need a copy of your photo ID, and the admin fee shown in your quote is the only fee that is never refundable in the event of a cancellation. For Airbnb guests, the cancellation policy shown on Airbnb applies and we only need a copy of your ID for stays of 28 nights or longer. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to call.
