Building deck, pool and hot tub are available! Direct beach access! Ocean Vistas 805 offers elegantly decorated 2,400 sqft plus another 350 on the balcony with built-in Jenn Air grill. The Living, Dining, Master Bedroom, & Second Bedroom all have access to the large deck with beach front & ocean front views. At only an hour and 20 minutes from the Orlando theme parks (Disney, Universal, & Sea World), 1 hour and 15 minutes to Kennedy Space Center, and only 1 hour to St. Augustine, the nations' oldest city, Ocean Vistas is perfectly located to enjoy all that Central Florida has to offer.

A starter kit of household essentials is provided, including trash bags, laundry pods, dish detergent pods, toilet paper, and paper towels. Additional supplies are the guest’s responsibility.

Guest have a central point of contact with Daytona Ocean Front Rentals and will also meet a host at check-in for a building tour prior to key transfer.

Check-in is from 4:00PM to 8:00PM EST. Late check-in from 8:00PM-12:00AM EST will incur a $100 service fee payable in cash onsite to the host prior to key transfer.

No check-in is allowed from 12:00AM-10:00AM EST.

Guests are required to return a registration form providing mobile contact number, home address, car model & license plate number and names of unit occupants. This information is filed with the respective building management office to provide to first responders in case of emergency. Guests must also provide this information to receive parking passes and to coordinate with the check-in host prior to arrival.

Includes two parking spaces, one assigned space in north garage (6'6" max. clearance) and the other a floating space, also in the north garage.

Trailers are not allowed onsite. Please text after booking, but prior to arrival to inquire about rented offsite trailer parking.

No smoking allowed anywhere in the unit, including the balcony. If the unit is required to be deodorized due to smoking, there will be an additional $300 deep cleaning fee charged plus you could be liable for any lost rents from subsequent guests.

Pets at Ocean Vistas:
This is a “Pet Friendly” building. However, for the safety of all our furry friends, please have an updated copy of your pet’s vet records with pet’s weight and showing all immunizations are current.

No more than 2 pets are permitted in any 1 unit, no aggressive breeds are allowed, and there is an 80 LB combined size limit.

Building rules require guests to wear cover ups, shirts, & shoes in all common areas. No student groups & minimum age of primary guest is 25.

Children under 12 must be supervised at all times.

No ADA accessible features installed in condo.

Those with allergies or sensitive to pet dander should be aware that Ocean Vistas is a pet-friendly building.
