Direct access to the beach from White Surf to the beach.

After two years of construction, our building is completely refurbished on the exterior. A new steel seawall, pool, patio, and street-side exterior have been completed.

This fully remodeled, perfectly appointed, light and bright, 3 bedroom/3 bath condo can accommodate 8 guests. Located on the first floor by a private residence, this condo is easily accessible.

This gorgeous condo has been recently renovated and painted throughout. It features an upgraded kitchen with new cupboards, granite countertops, and appliances. Modern flooring, lighting, bathrooms, and furnishings throughout the condo. Washer and dryer located inside the unit.

The convenient location allows you to enjoy the best Daytona Beach and Orlando have to offer. For the enjoyment of our family and guests, we kindly ask that you respect our requests of no smoking of any kind inside the unit and no pets.

Being a few steps from the beach affords you the amazing sights and sounds of the ocean from the kitchen, family room, dining room, and master bedroom through a wall of windows facing the ocean. The master suite has a king bed, private bath w/ shower & tub, large closet, 2nd vanity with sink in the dressing area, and sliding full glass doors that allows access to the balcony where you can enjoy the panoramic ocean views. The second bedroom has a king bed and private bath. The third bedroom has two queen beds and a walk-in closet. The 3rd bedroom has a door into the full bathroom in the hall. The dining room also features access to the balcony.

The White Surf condominium building is well maintained by friendly staff and offers plenty of amenities for your stay. There is an exercise room, reading room, sauna, party room, tennis court with basketball hoop and pickleball, and game room with new air hockey and foosball tables.

We have one reserved parking spot in the parking garage. The outside parking is first-come, first-serve. Trailers are not allowed to be parked on the premises. Ask about offsite trailer parking.

Family Getaway to Celebrate!

This condo was cozy and very spacious for our long weekend to celebrate my nephew's graduation. The views from the family room and master bedroom are breathtaking! We will definitely stay here again while visiting Daytona Beach!

Great getaway

We loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. The property has plenty of space. The sunrise view over the ocean is spectacular. It would have been even better if the patio construction was finished but the discounted price more than made up for the inconvenience of walking around the building to get on the beach. Would definitely stay again.

Nice rental. Very well stocked with all the necessities from towels, paper towels, toilet paper, cooking essentials, cleaning products, beach supplies, etc. I travel a lot and this is the most stocked condo I have ever rented! Location was great. Owner sent all information needed before the trip which was helpful from the time we checked in to the time we checked out. I would definitely rent this condo again!

Wasn’t much to do in the area, but I enjoyed the beach and view, the patios wasn’t available, which was a big disappointment, but it was still walking distance,I love the condo, and the space was so inviting. I would definitely recommend for a big family. I wanted to stay one more day because the kids were enjoying themselves on the beach. But they were already booked. Great trip

We really enjoyed our stay. It was a perfect set up for our family. We had three fouls and it was nice having our own bathroom and bedrooms. I would definitely recommend this lovely condo. The only complaint I do have is the floors were dirty. We had an infant with us and he was crawling on the floor a short time and his knees and top of his feet were filthy. We did have to wash the floors.

The view and size of the condo were great. May want to get new cleaning company, the first night we went and bought mop pads - we swept/mopped the floors due to the bottoms of our socks and slippers being dirty. Mon, Tues and Wed we were woken up due to excavators working right outside our bedroom window removing the rock retaining wall. A portion of our stay we had to walk down to the car ramp to access the beach as the ramp directly next to the building was being used by construction. Wednesday I had a Maintenace show up at noon while I was alone with my 2 year old so they could spray for bugs. The man was friendly however I prefer to not be alone with my child when I have people coming to my own home and would've liked to be aware he was coming so I could have gone elsewhere. Communication on the construction and the Maintenace definitely could be better, we honestly would have chosen elsewhere had we known all the construction going on. We appreciated the stocked condo as well as all the beach equipment.

We make this trip together every year and this property is beautiful, from cleanliness to amenities they have you covered. The location is right on the beach for morning or late night walks, absolutely breathtaking. As soon as I get the dates for next year I will be looking for this again, praying the weather this year treats Daytona good! Thank you so much for making our stay as comfortable and relaxing as possible while we were rocking out all day at Daytona Speedway!

Great Condo for a Family

Our family, consisting of 4 adults and 2 grandchildren, stayed for 9 nights in this wonderful condo. It was much larger than I expected and very clean, which is high on my priority list. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything you need to cook actual meals. The microwave was not working so I messaged the property manager and she responded immediately! There is construction in progress so the pool was closed most of our stay and the beach access was blocked. This really wasn’t a problem because there is a public access next door. Our stay was wonderful! We hope to return after the renovations are completed.

A wonderful stay!

You never know what to expect when staying somewhere for the first time. Sometimes pictures can be deceiving. This was certainly not the case here. We were in town for 5 days for the NCA National Competition. The pool is so close to be completed. Parking was an issue each night, as the contractors are taking up spaces and the garage was not tall enough to accommodate our vehicles, but we made parking spots, and the lady at the front desk was always so understanding. The layout of the condo is perfect. Some things were supplied/left from previous guests. We didn’t cook during our stay, but it looked like anything and everything you would need was available. The first floor view was amazing. The only thing that could’ve made it any better is if we were allowed to bring our dog, but we respect the no pets policy. I’m a germaphobe, and everything was clean! If we’re ever back in Daytona, I’ll certainly attempt to book this condo before looking elsewhere.

3 bedroom 3 bath no balcony

It's all my fault I did not read all the instructions. I knew the building was being remolded but had no clue that we would have no patio and we had a layer with us that was handicapped. No way could she be able to walk through all the construction to get to beach. Not haven a patio was definitely a deal breaker. The lady was very nice from your office and have us full refund we are all in our 70s and a bit in secure. They let us spend the night so we could find another place the next day. Thank you

Great location - well stocked condo - everything except food and drink. Five people spent a pleasant week here while attending a wedding. Someday the pool and patio will be open and that would be fantastic (but then price will probably increase)! I would recommend this condo.

Great location

Property as described. Check in and check out went smoothly, owner kept in touch. Only complaint were dirty floors and dirty inside of dresser drawers. All in all, would rent again!
