- **Construction Noise is prevalent 8:30am-5pm M-F which is why the rates are discounted. A whole house audio Sonos system with touchscreen controls is installed to overcome it. Noise is not noticeable on the beach.**Our beach retreat is a haven for sun and sand seekers. Nestled in one of the most sought after Seychelles condo units, this vacation home is a treasure. The balconies are semi-enclosed offering an unusually nice level of privacy while maintaining extraordinary views. Our corner unit features panoramic skies and the delight of both ocean and intercoastal vistas. Catch a sunrise, sunset or if the timing is right, maybe even a rocket launch! Our beach retreat is ideal for guests looking for above average accommodations. The unit features a large state-of-the-art kitchen with all amenities, living room, dining room and two sizable bedrooms. Full length wrap-around balcony offers breathtaking ocean views.
