Wyndham Ocean Walk Resort- Oceanview with 2 balconies

  • Ask about shorter stays. On occasion we are able to offer shorter rental periods!

    We are very excited to offer our recently updated condo with grey wood look tile throughout the entire condo and invited beachy decor. We added new mattresses and bedding to the bedrooms. New Flat screen tv in the living room too!


    Our 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom condo has a unique floor plan for the Ocean Walk Resort. There are two balconies both with ocean/ beach views. All of the rooms have a view of the ocean. Beware of the 'oceanfront' units that end up with the second bedroom looking out into the hallway of the building and people can tap on the window! One of the balconies is located off the living room and the other is located off the 2nd bedroom with two queen beds. The condo is ideal for two families vacationing together or just one family. Each of the bedrooms has its own ensuite bathroom. The Master bedroom features a king bed and jacuzi tub ensuite. The condo is located on the 10th floor of the North Tower and faces south. It is located one back from direct oceanfront but is positioned in such a way that there are oceanfront view. The floor plan and building layout are available upon request. The unit sleeps up to 10 plus one little one. The sleeping configuration is as follows:

Had an amazing time with my family. Excellent view and close to everything around. Definitely would recommend for anyone that has kiddos as everything is within walking distance. This place exceeded our expectations and one that we will consider going back to.

Fun family vacation

Nice property, lots of amenities. Property is right on the beach. Location is good. We visited Kennedy Space center and St Augustine. Only about an hour to each. Also went to Orlando which is only about an hour and fifteen minutes away.

Perfect get away!

Location was great. Condo employees on property were super kind and welcoming. Our condo was amazing and was stocked full of everything you could need from laundry detergent to beach chairs and water toys. I will definitely be coming back!!

Perfect Condo!

The resort is great, 2 pools right outside the building, plus a kid area for smaller children and a lazy river. Beach is just beyond the pool gate. Condo had 2 bedrooms each with attached full bathroom. The one bathroom has access from living room. Nice size table to eat at. Kitchen was modern and in good working order. Located very close to elevator. Would definitely stay here again if in the area!

Stayed for bike week! Great location. Check in was not great, but owner quickly fixed with 1 phone call. Condo was clean and not out dated as noted in some previous posts. Beds comfortable. Enjoyed the outdoor pools. Indoor pool was freezing. Per front desk it was recently filled and takes 24 hrs to increase 1 degree. Not owners fault. We would definitely stay again.

Highly recommend !

This was a VERY nice resort! It was an unexpected surprise !! The pool was amazing and beach access was really great. We didn’t ever even need to leave the resort. Check in was a little tricky but Kara was readily available to make this as smooth as she could and all worked out just fine. I asked the front desk what the checkout process was and they checked me out before I was ready, but we had everything we needed to finish in our condo. It was very clean and nicely decorated and very warm and inviting. It was stocked with all we needed - o brought my own tissues and a pitcher for tea and lemonade from home but everything else was there. There were beach toys and blankets and kitchen utensils. Overall, this was a great stay!

Okay for the price

I read lots of reviews saying this condo was outdated but for the price, we gave it a shot. Pros: resort location and amenities, host was very responsive to questions, lots of beach toys already in the room, price is very reasonable Cons: condo furniture really needs updating, couches are stained, the fold out couch bed was not sleepable (very thin mattress, it’s doesn’t lay flat and slants towards the back), Lots of things were broken (screen door was torn and falling off the track, coffee table leg falling off, kitchen table is missing a chair, hotel doesn’t have enough, pool chairs are hard to come by (we had to get out about 9:30 to secure chairs)

Daytona vacation

Overall good experience. Host was on point for check in. Rental needs some repairs but nothing major. Resort was overbooked and crowded at pool. Bulldogs (security) was quick to try and take your stuff to open up chairs on the pool deck. I do not blame the host for this just a shortcoming of Wyndham. Parking is an issue for more than 1 vehicle and is quite expensive. Consider this in your budget. We had a 4 day stay total cost was about $100 at the parking garage across the street. The room was nice, view was great. I recommend but consider the above. May be a better option in off peak times.

Check In Nightmare, turned Around Once Resolved

Check in was a disaster, Wyndham staff was absolutely useless, they claimed to not receive reservation/email. Finally reached one of the hosts after dealing with VRBO (won’t use them again). Took over 90 minutes, and was only checked in for one day instead of five. Once we got to the unit, it had not been cleaned after the previous guests. We stayed at a hotel for the night, checking in at 1:00 am. Hosts were very helpful but did not take ownership of the issues. They did refund the charges for the first night and the cleaning, as well as reimburse us for the hotel. Once the unit was cleaned, we were notified and went to check in. Wyndham again demonstrated that they don’t like rentals and stated we could not check in until 4:00 pm. Contacted hosts, the issue was resolved, and going forward the stay was great. Just an FYI, the unit was in some disrepair and needed basic maintenance. Hosts were sympathetic and have a beautiful asset. The VRBO process, Wyndham check in and third party cleaning company are a recipe for ongoing issues. Don’t check in late, and call ahead. It is a nice property and location.

Amazing view of the Ocean

The stay was amazing we stayed for 3 1/2 weeks. Interaction with the owners on queries was dealt with immediately. View and location was absolutely perfect. Beds were very comfortable. Only things to mention which looking back in previous comments from people who have stayed have been mentioned. Certainly not newly refurbished. The drawers in the main bedroom are almost hanging off. Kitchen is badly lacking in many essential kitchen things. No scissors hardly any dishes for cooking and the large saucepan only has one handle. I mentioned to the owner and they did say buy what you need and keep the receipt and we will refund….hardly the point really. The master bedroom shower handle was hit and miss getting it to work properly. It was just rolling round which made it very difficult to get it working. Condo meant to cater for 8. There were only 5 dining chairs - owner said the 6th was being repaired…hardly the issue when meant to accommodate 8 people. The sofas were very uncomfortable and definitely need replacing the springs were broken on a couple of the seats making sitting on the very uncomfortable indeed. However didn’t detract from our wonderful stay in Daytona but they are things that need addressing

Don't know what all to say!

Took my young adult children with my mom. They Wyndham property is absolutely beautiful. (Ive stayed at Wyndham before, same location) Check in was a disaster, took almost an hour as even with room number and all info given they honestly didnt wanna check us in because we rented thru VRBO. Once checked in, condo seemed clean, however after about an hour I found broken coffee table, sofa and love seat sat horrible felt like springs were poking you in butt. Pots and pans were very old (i didnt really care but her letter made it sound as if they were new) celing fan spare room did not work, had a box fan which was broken and smelt burnt when turned on, no smoke detector in master bedroom (off wall) Back door broke and piece fell floor when opened. Owner was notified immediately of these issues. Shower had no water pressue and was scalding hot in master. Kitchen sink water was scalding hot, after a few days of scalding my hands I looked under sink and cold water was turned off, turned cold water back on and it drips. Owner notified of this as well. Water pressure was a tad better after turning cold water on. Condo has new flooring, paint on walls, and countertops. The spare bathroom bath and fixtures were rusted. The knobs on both showers super finicky needs to he replaced. The Ac is very loud. Per previous reviews that I looked at while on vacay, the owner is aware of most of the issues not sure why some not addressed. Made the best of it, but not worth the money.

Love our stay!

This is our second time staying at this condo and we love it! Our group was my wife and I as well as my daughter and two grandkids and the unit accommodate our perfectly. It was perfect size and was immaculately clean The view of the ocean as well as the pool and lazy river from the unit is spectacular. Great resort for the family

My husband and I, my son, daughter-in-law and their three children 9,10 and 12 stayed Friday-Tuesday. Location of the unit was great. The views were very good and the resort had many things to offer. We enjoyed the ping pong table at one of the indoor pools and the pool table in the lobby. They loved the pool slide and the lazy river and the ocean. It is a wonderful place for a family vacation. There are so many things within walking distance. You really don’t even have to leave the resort area.
