Villa Nautilus features 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, multiple gathering spaces, a private elevator serving all three floors, and plenty of room for everyone to relax.

The main kitchen is located on the third floor and is fully equipped for preparing family meals and vacation favorites. A Keurig combination coffee maker is provided for both K-Cup and traditional coffee lovers.

BEACH & OUTDOOR FUN



The beach is just a short walk away, making spontaneous beach days easy. Guests can also enjoy provided bikes and beach gear during their stay.



Whether you're spending the morning at the beach, the afternoon by the pool, enjoying family game night, or relaxing together in the evening, Villa Nautilus gives your group plenty of space to enjoy the perfect Palm Coast vacation.



Guest Access:

Guests have private access to Villa Nautilus and its amenities during their stay, including the private pool and spa, fully fenced backyard, game room, kitchen and dining areas, balconies and decks, laundry area, private elevator, and outdoor spaces.



Guests may also enjoy the provided bikes and beach equipment, including:

• BBQ grill



Self check-in makes arrival easy and convenient. Your unique access information and detailed check-in instructions will be provided before arrival.



Please note that designated locked owner, housekeeping, or supply closets are reserved for management use and are not accessible to guests.



The Neighborhood:

Villa Nautilus is located in a peaceful coastal neighborhood with no through traffic and convenient access to a beautiful, uncrowded stretch of beach.



Enjoy quiet morning walks along the shoreline, relaxing beach days, or explore miles of nearby walking and biking trails.



The neighborhood offers a peaceful residential atmosphere while keeping you within convenient driving distance of restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, golf, parks, and other Palm Coast attractions.



It's an ideal setting for guests looking to enjoy a relaxing Florida beach vacation away from the crowds.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended for getting around Palm Coast and visiting restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, and nearby attractions. Uber and other rideshare services are also available in the area.



The beach is just a short walk from the home, and bikes are provided for guests who would like to explore the surrounding coastal area and nearby trails.



Villa Nautilus also makes a great home base for exploring Florida's northeast coast, including nearby Flagler Beach, historic St. Augustine, and the Daytona Beach area.



Other Things to Note:

RENTAL AGREEMENT



After booking, guests will receive a rental agreement through our property management system. The agreement must be completed and signed prior to receiving check-in instructions and property access information.



POOL & SPA HEAT



Pool heating is available for an additional fee and must be requested in advance.



• Stays of 2–5 nights: $50 per night

• Weekly rate: $287

• Multi-week stays: $200 per week



Please contact us before your stay if you would like to add pool heat to your reservation.



PET-FRIENDLY



Pets are welcome with a $100 + tax fee per pet, per stay. Please let us know in advance if you will be traveling with a pet. Pets are not permitted on beds or furniture.

For your comfort and convenience, the home also includes:

BBQ GRILL



A BBQ grill and propane tank are provided for guest use. If the propane tank runs out during your stay, you may exchange/refill it at the nearest Publix and contact us for reimbursement. Please keep your receipt.



STARTER SUPPLIES



To make your arrival comfortable, we provide a complimentary starter supply of everyday essentials.



Bathrooms include 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, and fresh bed linens.



The kitchen includes cookware, dishes, glassware, cooking utensils, basic spices, dishwasher pods, a starter roll of paper towels, a few trash bags, and basic cleaning supplies.



A starter coffee station includes ground coffee, coffee cups, sugar, tea, and creamer.



Please note that toiletries, paper products, coffee supplies, trash bags, cleaning products, and other consumable items are provided as starter supplies only. Depending on the length of your stay and personal needs, additional supplies may need to be purchased.
