Come stay at our tropical oasis just 1 block to the beach, steps from the Ocean Center & 1 street from Main Street! Whether you are in town for business, a convention at the Ocean Center or coming to enjoy the beach, our home is perfectly suited for all types! Bring your bathing suit & flip flops, we have taken care of the rest!

Disney World & Universal Studios are 1hr & 15mins away!
St Augustine(The first city in the US!) is only 1hr away! Take a day to explore!
If you bring a pet, they must be house broken. The back yard is fenced in, so your dog can run freely!
The second full bathroom is detached under the covered porch.
No local guests. Primary renter, a.k.a. the person that booked the house, be at least 21 years old.
If same day booking, host must be given a valid government ID for verification purposes prior to entry.
Lease agreement required to be signed prior to check in for stays of more than 28 days.
Garage is manual operation. Please give advance notice if you will be using the garage for parking to ensure usability as it is very small.

You will have access to the whole house all to yourselves!
Vacation is made easy with this fully equipped 2 bedroom, 2 bath, 1 car garage home with a fully fenced in back yard for your pets has a pool, putting green & everything you want for a relaxing Florida getaway! Washer and dryer in the home!

**Sleeping Arrangements**
Bedroom 1: Sleeps 2 - King bed
Bedroom 2: Sleeps 5 - Full over full bunkbeds with pull out twin trundle bed
Living Room: Sleeps 3 - Queen sleeper sofa and a portable cot that is stored in the closet of the King bedroom

DRIVEWAY IS ON AN INCLINE. REACH OUT TO ME BEFORE BOOKING TO ENSURE TRAILERS WILL FIT AS MOST WILL NOT.
