Paradise Pointe - Sea Dip - Daytona Beach
This unit was perfect for my needs over the weekend. The unit is older and in need of some minor repairs or updates. It is located along a busy road, so if road noise bothers people… This may not be the unit for a prolonged visit. That said, the unit was well provisioned and clean, and just what I needed.

This property was perfect for our stay! Kelly and Justin pay a lot of attention to detail - everything we needed and then some was at that condo, except for a hair dryer. The instructions for use were simple, concise and complete. Parking was plentiful and easy. Practically a straight line drive to the Speedway. It was terrific to be right on the beach!!! That was a bonus. Communication with Kelly was easy and we got a prompt reply when we had a couple of questions. Check-out was also easy. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

A Sweet Stay
In the area to visit family, so Paradise Pointe was a perfect spot to enjoy the beach but close to family at a great price!
The room was very clean and tidy. Kelly has done a good job of updating with just a few signs of wear such as tub faucet and sink area.
Kelly had thought of everything you might need. Sun chairs, games, grooming items and snacks!
Some construction was still underway at Sea Dip and we had a few hours of noise 1 evening. It is an older building and various units are being revamped. We came in after dark on several evenings but the parking lots is well lit and the area felt safe, though the outside of the building has obvious wear. That said, the pool area looks out over the beach and is beautiful!

Great condo on beach in Daytona
This was such a cute condo!! The pics made it seem a bit larger, but it was still cozy for my husband and I. We were in town for NCA collegiate nationals and this was a perfect location!! Amenities, ease of check in and parking was great. Bed was sooo cozy and it was super clean. The location was on the beach so it was also beautiful to be right by the ocean. Check out was a tad early at 10am
