Come stay at our tropical oasis just 1 block to the beach, steps from the Ocean Center & 1 street from Main Street! Whether you are in town for business, a convention at the Ocean Center or coming to enjoy the beach, our home is perfectly suited for all types! Bring your bathing suit & flip flops, we have taken care of the rest!

Disney World & Universal Studios are 1hr & 15mins away!
St Augustine(The first city in the US!) is only 1hr away! Take a day to explore!
If you bring a pet, they must be house broken.
Please pick up after your pet uses the bathroom on the lawn & when walking them.
There is an outdoor shower with shower curtain enclosure that can be used as a second shower.
No local guests. Primary renter, a.k.a. the person that booked the house, be at least 21 years old.
If same day booking, host must be given a valid government ID for verification purposes prior to entry.
Lease agreement required to be signed prior to check in for stays of more than 28 days.
The garage opens manually. Please inform the host when booking if you will be using the garage for parking to ensure usability.

DRIVEWAY CAN ACCOMMODATE A TRAILER or up to 5 cars & 6 MOTORCYCLES IN GARAGE OR 1 COMPACT CAR. The driveway is steep and measures 10 feet wide.

After a full day of fun in the sun at the Worlds Most Famous Beach, shower off and go for a leisurely walk to dinner at Daytona Beach's legendary Oceanwalk which is only 1 block away! Whatever you want to do: go to the beach, ride jet skis on the river, ride your motorcycle on the strip, indulge in delicious eats, play at the water park; experience it all within walking distance at this one of a kind beach retreat just steps from the ocean!
