Daytona Beach Resort continues to undergo restoration and improvement projects following hurricane damage sustained in 2022. While many amenities are open and operational, portions of the property remain under repair.

• Seawall construction and exterior restoration work may be ongoing

• Daytime construction noise, dust, equipment activity, and temporary work areas are possible

• Construction activity may be more noticeable on the south side of the resort

• Some exterior and common areas may appear dated or unfinished

• Construction schedules and activity levels may change without advance notice

• The restaurant, tiki bar, parking garage, south pool, and kiddie pool remain closed as of October 2026



The condo itself offers a comfortable oceanfront retreat with beautiful views, while resort restoration continues around the property.
