This way every room has it's own balcony! This unit is unlike anything you have stayed in before with elegant furnishings throughout. We have worked to make our unit totally unique. It has been a labor of love decorating and creating what we feel is an exquisite vacation experience. Ocean Walk is the centerpiece of the' New' Daytona on Daytona Beach's' only traffic free beach! The resort is located at the north end of the Boardwalk, across the street from the Ocean Center and Daytona Lagoon, the areas water park! Adjacent to the Ocean Walk Shoppes offering restaurants, the Boardwalk, and the Main Street Pier puts you right in the center of all the fun, directly on the ocean. Our unit is tastefully furnished and personally looked after since we are licensed local owners & managers. This room was exactly what we expected, it was very clean and had exceptional views. A few friends stopped by and were impressed by the room, they were in the same facility but in the north tower, and was more impressed by this room than theirs. If we ever go back to Daytona beach, we will definitely be staying here.

Great views! Excellent location. All you need for the perfect beach stay is found in this condo. Walking distance to restaurants. Great amenities! Multiple pools, water slides for kids. The Ocean Walk resort is a great location with many amenities. This unit has fantastic sea views and is very usable, with all the trappings of home. This was our second time staying at this property and it’s excellent for a family trip because of all the swimming pools and the great beach. A lot of other families stay here and the “vibe” is very friendly. We enjoyed our time very much.

Had the best time and the greatest space to return to each night! Balcony views were amazing. Beds were comfy. Kitchen was great and saved on eating out. Washer/dryer worked well and were appreciated. The room also provided some beach toys, chairs, towels, umbrella for use - super thoughtful. Absolutely perfect for us and our teenagers.

Condo was as described! Check in was super easy and the resort itself is amazing. They have lots of things going on throughout the week for guests. Resort is situated in a prime location right in the middle of everything, you don’t even need to drive anywhere if you didn’t want to. Dryer broke half way through our stay but the owner was prompt regarding the issue and offered to send a wash, dry and fold service. The condo has everything you could possibly need! Would definitely stay here again! Thank you!!
