  • Max Occupancy Rules: Please ensure you do not exceed the 8 guests occupancy rule or each additional guest will be charged $50 for a stay 4 days or less and $100/guest for stays of 5 days or more.

    ***IMPORTANT NOTICE *** Balcony restoration work IS COMPLETED on our side (N, NE, and NW facing sides) of the building. The other side (S, SE and SW facing side) of the building will have work done as the balcony restoration project continues. As such, guests should experience minimal noise levels on our side of the building but the other side will be affected depending on the type of balcony restoration work being performed. Overall completion of entire building is expected to be sometime in 2026.
