  • The apartment is at the beach, family-friendly activities, public transport, and nightlife. You`ll love the neighborhood, the ambience, the comfy beds and the outdoors space. Very good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers and families (with kids).

    The apartment has 1 queen size bed, to up 2 guests. It is all tile floor, furniture, cooktop, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, all dishes, utensils, pots and pans. Apartment includes linens, towels, Smart HDTV includes 60+ channels and WiFi are included for your entertainment. The location is fantastic, side by side with Sun Splash Park, short walk to Daytona Lagoon Water Park (1.1 miles), Ocean Deck and Board walk (0.8 miles) where will have good food, music, drinks, shops and a lot of fun. We are also only one mile from the Convention Center.

    Entire space plus building amenities is included in this rental. Please, make yourself at home.

    The building requires the use of a building key to gain access from the pool, beach any time and lobby after 11PM.
    Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Unit was nice, though not originally the one we booked (original unit had a pipe or plumbing issue). We were notified about the original unit not being available the night before our travel date, but the host offered a replacement unit with similar ocean view … which we accepted. The replacement unit had a few cosmetic issues, but we appreciated the free to use of the beach chairs that were available in the unit. The location of the property was great (on the beach, shops and restaurants in walking distance), loved the pool and the free parking. Overall, we enjoyed our trip very much.
