Amazing place

Everything from the booking to the checking out was easy. The owner was very responsive with everything and me and my family had no complaints at all. The condo was gorgeous, everything we needed and amazing views from the balcony. We will most definitely be booking this one again, I highly advise you to stay at this property you will not be disappointed.

Great condo

This was my family’s second time staying at this condo. We love the views, cleanliness and ample amount of space. The owner goes above and beyond for this condo and all who stay at it. The beach access and pool space is great too! We can’t wait to come back next year and hopefully be able to eat at Crabby Joes on the pier again!

Family week

Overall we had a good experience! The condo is beautiful. We had 3 adults and two little kids. We set up a pack-n-play in the master bedroom and there was ample room. There was some beach gear in the hall closet which was great- there was a beach chair and two umbrellas at the time of our stay- plus some beach toys/ body board- we were thankful for the extra umbrellas and toys! The property was secure, quiet, and in a good location- lots of food options (door dash/ grub hub too). Everyone was friendly and the host was very responsive to messages and keeping us updated. Overall would recommend!

First Time to Daytona Beach

Aside from the broken elevators at check-in, which made the crowd of arriving vacationers have to cart everything up the stairs - for us it was to the 10th floor with groceries and a 50lb checked bag - everything was great!!

Great condo in perfect location. Went down for the Daytona 500!!!

I would have given this property a five star, but unfortunately by no fault of the owner the hurricane took out beach access, the pool and hot tub😩. We were notified of this prior to arrival. The beach access was about a five minute walk in either direction.

Spring Break 2023

I booked this property for March 2023. Myself and 7 friends stayed here. The view was beautiful, we were within walking distance to Starbuck, 7-11, Mikes Surf Shop, and a couple of little restaurants. We were a 10 minute drive from main street. Unfortunately there were no boardwalks open because of the hurricane earlier in the year but enough was open for us to do. The pool, hot tub, and beach access was also being rebuilt but there was a beach access right around the corner (maybe 2 minute walk). Overall the place was gorgeous and was perfect for our trip!

Unit in disrepair shouldn't be occupied

The ceiling was falling all over the only couch the entire time. Rendering it useless and dangerous for the kids. Especially a baby who puts everything in his mouth. It got worse and worse. Constantly putting clean linens over it and rhen replacing them. Silica and ceiling pieces wverywhere. The only dining table was not secured to its base and wobbled dangerously. Also rendering that useless and dangerous/stressful around kids. The lighting pulsated and flickered rapidly causing headaches and annoyances when the main light fixture over thr table was not dimmed. Left side of sink drained extremely slowly. 2 stars is generous. The ceiling falling and the visible water damage was the worse though. The owners informed me they were aware of the problem. Which tells me they willingly let my family be exposed to who knows what. I have several photos.
