"I was very impressed with the overall quality of the place. Jill at the front desk was really friendly and helpful with my check in. The hotel is small but provides adequate amenities. The cookies, 24/7 coffee/tea and lemonade, a fitness room with working equipment, hot water and clean and comfortable beds. I would definitely recommend this hotel."

"Great place to stay, cold ac, could have better options for breakfast rather than on standard meal, should have a way to pay up charge fora better meal. Paid 20 bucks for breakfast and my wife wanted grit bowl rather than the free standard breakfast. It was a waste of money, we didn’t even use our vouchers"

"The room furniture worn freyed couch and desk chair. Coffee table paint all chipped. Bed positioned one way television on other wall could not lay in bed and watch tv. Lamp shade dirty with water stains. Ocean view glass dirty foggy could not have a good view unless glass was open. Went down to get a towel as someone was in the shower as we needed an extra can’t get one from desk someone has to bring it 45 minutes later. You have to pay for parking so if you go and family coming later you pay like $40 a car a day for offsite parking $50.00 for valet not to mention the place a $100.00 a night hold then they charge an additional amount for ancillary hold as well then you play resort fees. Great location, crappy room Asked for a refund for the room not for resort fees or parking verbally, in writing and by phone call … hold your breath… So here’s the breakdown $400 for 2 nights $200 for deposit, $112 for ancillary, $56.25 for resort fees and $160.00 for 2 nights parking for 2 cars You decide if it is worth it!!! Find a different place or insist they give you another room but good luck supervisor not available and wasn’t available when Expedia contacted them"

"Lazy staff. Limited parking for the number of rooms. Only 2 ADA rooms so only 2 ADA parking spaces and I needed an ADA space. Room was nasty. Nothing had been wiped down, probably months since. Paint chipping on window sills. Dirt and dried spilled liquid behind nightstand and behind detached headboards. Bathroom was even worse. Again, looked like months since wipe down. Hair in sink drain which had no stopper. Thick layer of dust behind toilet. The provided body wash/shampoo/conditioner dispenser was almost empty. Bath towels not much bigger than hand ones. $1260 for 5 nights for one room, 2 Queen size beds, and one extremely slow elevator. No maid/towel service without call to front desk even though they provide a door placard for “Maid Service Please”. No real cleaning crew. Definitely not worth the money! I should have done more research as I found two other hotels, ON the beach, with comparable rooms for almost $400 less."
