Mediocre

It’s a run down facility that she bought and remodeled, seemingly on a budget. It’s just lacking some basics and some comforts that will maybe come in time. There were no reviews when I booked so maybe she was new at this. The location was perfect for walking. I didn’t get to use the pool due to weather but it looked decent. I personally won’t be looking at any properties available in this entire complex in the future.

We want to come back!

For starters, anytime you stay this close to the ocean, the salt and sand affect everything. If you're looking for things to complain about, please look elsewhere! The story here is location! When you enter this place, you see the ocean and when you leave, it's the last thing you see! Joe's Crab Shack is maybe 800 hundred feet away! If you're thirsty, there's a bar less than a hundred feet away and the Oasis Tiki Bar is 200 Feet! The pizza is excellent and nachos are good too! Live music and open dining looking at the ocean! Location, location, location! That's the story! Lastly, first thing you take care of is the parking pass!

Location was great. Host was great. Right on the beach walking distance to the pier and shopping. Only thing I thought the unit got a little warm at night. Was fine during the day. Otherwise had a great time and everything was smooth from check in to leaving.

Very nice stay

Overall, a very comfortable stay and a nice location. Very clean, and we had everything we needed. Listing indicates 2 baths, this is not true, however the bath is very nice and the shower is 5 star!

Ocean view room

The room was in a great location. Perfect view of the ocean. There was a couple issues with the room. The room was not cleaned properly. It’s a room with a kitchen. After cooking and eating for a week we had to buy trash bags because we were only issued 2. There was only a roll and a half of tissue paper in the bathroom. We had to go buy more. We like to sleep in the living room and according to the web sight there was suppose to be double futon. There was no futon. The silverware could use an update and also the cups.

The air conditioning was non functional the entire 4 night stay. The temperature in my room was above 80 degrees. The host did not disclose this issue before hand and suggested I go buy a fan and he would reimburse me. Furthermore, there was a major safety breach when the host gave my specific room number and door code yo another guest who attempted to enter my room. I absolutely do not recommend renting this property due to extreme heat and the compromise of guest safety. He kept telling me the ac was working at 70 percent, then sent me this attached message showing a part was 2 to 3 weeks out.
