This two bedroom bungalow was recently remodeled. It's in a quiet neighborhood walking distance to the beach.Alot of local restaurant s near by. Tile floors throughout with dinning room table. Adjustable queen bed in the master and and two full size beds with two twin beds underneath. Clean avaible for monthly winter rental.. The garage has many beach amenities available for use.. There are three bicycles, boogie boards, beach chairs and a beach umbrella for guest use.

This is a great beach place to stay in Daytona Shores! Very spacious, very clean, great location. It is close to several really great restaurants and not even a minute walk to the beach. Off street parking was also a plus! Will definitely rebook again!

In Daytona for the Rolex 24, my family and I stayed at this location. It was easy to get to, quite neighborhood, close to conveniences. It was the perfect size bungalow for a family of 4. Would consider staying there again.

House was clean and check in process went very smooth. Stayed with my family and we had a great time. Had a some fun games to play and plenty of room for all of us. The beds were also comfy. The house is perfect. I would say the photos don't do it justice, it's way better in real life. We had everything we needed. The fenced yard was perfect for our 2 small dogs. The property is located in a safe neighbourhood, and is close to grocery store, pharmacy, bars and restaurants and of course the beach.

My husband and I loved this house. It's nicer in person than the pictures. Our dogs also enjoyed their stay with the backyard and screened in porch. Everything you need to be comforatable is included. The owner is very communicative and helpful. We would definitely stay again.

We love to travel with our dogs and Kevin allowed us to bring them to the house for vacation. The house is in a great location to the beach, there are two free locations to park at the beach within 1/2 mile. The garage has umbrellas, sand toys, boogie boards, bikes, and beach chairs for you to use which was great for our kids.
