The condo we very nice and had plenty of room. There is a large dining room table and a comfortable love seat/sofa combo. The kitchen was nicely done with marble countertops and was well-stocked.
The bedrooms were great. The master bath even had a whirlpool tub. Two things I wish were different about the master. Blackout curtains would've been great to keep the outside light from lighting up the room at night and the mattress was LOUD. It was impossible to get into bed after the other person was already in bed without waking them. But it was very comfortable.
The walk to the water is LONG. Just we ready for it. Every property is the same, so it's just a nature of the beast. We measured it at .22 mi for the boardwalk and .25 mi to the water. I highly recommend a beach cart to carry chairs, coolers, etc.
The furniture on the balcony was very comfortable and we spent a lot of time sitting out there. There are also a number of low and high chairs available. The palm trees do block the view a little but it's not bad. There is also a large closet with floats.
The beach itself was nice and since there isn't any real development other than condos and homes there weren't a ton of people to deal with. There aren't many restaurant options but they're all close. And there's no full grocery store, just one that is grocery/bait/hardware/liquor. Do your serious shopping before you arrive.
We definitely enjoyed the location of the condo, the unit itself, and exploring Dauphin Island.
