Just to make the check-in experience more convenient for you, we will leave the keys in a lock-box which is located on the building premise. The name on the lockbox and code will be given to guests on the day of arrival along with AirBnB's check-in "easy guide" instructions.

You will be able to check-in from 3pm and check-out by 10am.

NOTE: Darwin is notorious for red-eye flights, so do let us know what your flight arrangements are and we can recommend suitable options to fit your needs.

We are experienced locals and would be happy to make recommendations on places to go and things to see in Darwin and the Greater Regions of NT. Let us know what your purpose is for your travel adventure, and let's make your holiday a fantastic one! We primarily prefer to keep contact on the AirBnB messaging system. But, if you are using any messaging app, when you book with us we prefer to use WhatsApp as our primary point of communication to make contact easier. Alternatively, text message or by email are great ways to stay in touch. It is important you provide us with what time you expect to arrive and enter your holiday home. We are available anytime, but hours outside of 11pm please msg unless it is an emergency.

Our home is located in downtown Nightcliff and perfectly situated between the popular Nightcliff Markets & Foreshore. The neighbourhood is within walking distance to a major Grocery Centre, Cafes, Novelty Shops, Public Transport and surrounded by parks, boardwalks, Aquatic Centre, and multiple Tennis Courts. It is also between a 5min drive to major the Casuarina Shopping Centre and Darwin CBD making this area convenient for all travelers seeking nearby attractions.

Everything is within walking distance or riding distance around the Nightcliff suburb. There are no trains or trams in Darwin so for public transport catching the bus will be your best option - the bus depot is very close by. Uber has started operating in Darwin since mid-2018.
ZEN GUEST HOUSE RULES
Please ensure our House Rules are adhered to, including the following:
- No parties or events
- No smoking
- No pets
- No Excess cleaning and leftovers
- BBQ can be used but needs to be cleaned. An additional cleaning fee will be deducted from the security deposit if left uncleaned
- Please do not smoke inside the house. You may smoke on the balcony where an ashtray is provided with doors closed
- Bins are to be taken out of the apartment
IMPORTANT NOTE: security cameras are in use in the front entrances and common areas of the property, a breach of the rules may result in a fee or dismissal of the property.
