This is a quiet residential suburb in a new housing estate. There is a McDonalds at the entrance to the estate.

Guests will have full access to the main house (excluding locked storeroom under the stairs) and exclusive use of the pool and outdoor entertainment area.

There is a second self contained unit above the garage accessible only by external stairs down the side of the house that the owners use when they are occasionally in town. They will need to walk through the side yard to access the stairs. There are no shared amenities or living spaces .

• Pool (fully fenced) with outdoor shower. Towels provided

• Outdoor entertainment area beside the pool with outdoor kitchen (gas cooktop), sink and BBQ

• Large undercover area downstairs with BBQ & outdoor dining area (right next to the pool)

• The large kitchen is fully equipped and includes a large gas cooktop, oven and dishwasher. In the butlers pantry there is a microwave, rice cooker, blender, sandwich press, toaster and kettle.

• Tea, coffee, milk and basic pantry items provided

• Main bedroom has a king bed, ensuite with large walk in shower and multiple shower heads and enormous walk-in robe

• Second bedroom has a queen bed

• Third bedroom has a double bed

• Fourth bedroom has one single beds

• Fifth bedroom (downstairs) is a self contained unit with queen bed, kitchenette & ensuite.

• Bathroom essentials provided, including hair dryer

It's self check in (via lockbox) so if you are arriving on a late flight you can let yourself in at anytime after check in.
