Convenient place to stay in Darwin
No problems, nice pool, quiet and comfortable near to many attractions. Next door to car hire company if a car is needed.

Cheap and cheerful
We have stayed at the hotel 3 times over the past 5 years. It is old but very well maintained. Nice size suites which are self contained. Close walk to the Main Street and city shopping. $10 taxi to the casino. Nice pool, very clean. Great WIFI. Small TV. Very comfortable beds. Secure parking and mostly undercover. Very quiet. Very friendly and helpful staff. Stayed in hotels all,over the world and this place is just fine. We go to Darwin for a get away and relax. Some great dining and lots of sight seeing

Spotless and should be rated much higher than 3.5.
This is our third time to stay at the Mediterranean All Suite, we come back each year because we feel welcome and the rooms are so clean. We also appreciate that when the hotel is not booked full we don't have neighbours (people seem to be more spread out) which makes for a avery quiet stay.

In during Darwin festival time, a little further out than other accom - bigger room size & able to get the supplies in & frozen prior to heading back out remote. Friendly staff. Relaxing stay.

We stayed at the Mediteranean before and after a 5 day guided walking holiday. Staff were great, the room was comfortable and spacious. Didn't use the pool, but it looked good, as the centerpiece of the property. Breakfast was quick and tasty. Would stay again.

Hotel with exceptional service
We appreciated the staff's professionalism from the moment we arrived ( eg making sure the air con was on ready for us ) They continued to be helpful throughout our stay and provided help with directions , bus timetables and making our bookings for the airport shuttle and a trip to the wetlands. They even coped with our confusion over dates !

Amazing, Very helpful staff, clean room, fan and airconditioning, kitchenette very good. Hotel is so old, decor is bland (1970's style) no television in the bedroom and a tiny 30cm tv mounted in the dinning lounge area, which if you watched it for long enough you'd get a sore neck. The spa bath very basic, 4 jets which barely worked. Considering i paid close to $800 AUD for 4 nights, I expected (4-5star) a more modern room, to me this hotel room would at best be 2 and a half star, very disappointing. I would stay here again but never at this price

Our room had a separate kitchen dining and lounge area, Quite spacious. The hotel has a lift making it easier to get to the top levels. The after hours check in went Ok, except I didn't read the parking arrangements properly. The shower was in the bedroom, which we didn't like . We are used to have the shower in the bathroom. There was no bed side table in my side of the bed.

Great Location, clean and tidy.
We had to complete the late check in process which is always a little worrying when you are in an unfamiliar place. The process was so easy and we were supplied everything we needed to get into our room without hassle. The rooms are a great size, with excellent facilities and thankfully amazing air con, as we had come from a much colder climate. The staff were all friendly and helpful and gave us great advice on what to do in Darwin. The pool was awesome and the location is so handy to the cbd, waterfront and casino.

Five star staff
We stayed at the Mediterranean for three nights in June and wers impressed. It's not a new hotel but it is well maintained and is fully self contained which 8s what we were looking for. The staff at reception are professional and helpful so much so it feels like a concierge service at a 5 star hotel. Clise to a supermarket and walking distance to the city centre.

Mediterranean all suite has a cool pool. The room was very clean and secure. It was a little far from the waterfront precinct to walk. It was close to aquascene and some shopping. It doesn't have 24 hour lobby if leaving for a late flight.

Value for money stay at Mediterranean
We are a family of 4 from Singapore, with one member being disabled, using an electric scooter. This place is very disabled-friendly. Lift access to the level we stayed, as well as car parking is very convenient. The hotel location is also great. It's near enough to get to the actions in town, yet it was quiet at night which is what we needed to have good night sleep. The front desk staff were also very friendly and gave good advice of what to do and see. Overall we enjoyed our first 4 days stay in Mediterranean. High score in terms of value for money.

Always enjoy staying the rooms are clean and cosy but would love to see a bigger television as hubby had trouble seeing the small one. The staff are great and easy to talk too nothing seems to be a problem. Will continue recommending the Mediterranean to everyone that need accommodation in Darwin.

4 night family getaway in a self contained apartment. The apartment facilities meet expectations and are exceptionally clean. This is our 3rd time staying at this hotel and we have never been disappointed. Overall location is great for activities, shopping and food.

We had a lovely stay. We enjoyed the pool and loved having a spa bath in our room. The only thing was the TV in the room was a tad on the small side and the lounge was very uncomfortable For two people to relax on.

Great Service
The night staff was awesome. We arrived around 10 pm when the office closes. They stayed until we arrived (they could have had us use the late check in procedure). They also made sure that the luggage we stored while on 5 day tour was in our room when we returned and that the AC was on. Great service that eased the tension of having really tight connections.

Check in was easy and handled speedily - important after a long flight. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean and the aircon worked well. Very little noise from outside or other guests. We left for several days to go to Kakadu Park. We arranged for the larger cases to be collected from our room and held until our return. When we came back, the cases had already been delivered to our room and the aicon and lights had already been put on - nice touch.

First visit to Darwin, arrived late and late check-in procedure worked fine. Ideal location, comfortable and clean, with the exception that the spa was not cleaned for the duration of our stay. Definitely would stay again when in Darwin

The Mediterranean All Suites is in a great location reasonably close to the CBD. Staff are very helpful and the cleaners did a great job for the 15 days we stayed. We hire a car when in Darwin and they have undercover secured parking available. The suites are comfortable with a double bed, spa shower (spa was a bit too high for us oldies to get our legs over in safety) and toilet in one room and a kitchen, dining and lounge area in another. We would stay there again.

well supplied kitchen and amenities. comfortable beds. Centrally located to city. Gated parking for security. Walking distance to hotels and restaurants and shops and 10 minutes walk from the seafront and Doctor's gully to feed the fish. 10 minute drive to the Casino. Staff were very helpful and friendly, rooms very clean. Access to the shower was tricky, climbing over the spa bath (after knee opertions). thought a floor-level shower would be better as the spa was huge and needed lots of water to fill it (or climb over it). Handy having the two lifts and nearby laundry facilities.

The whole stay was spoilt because of the neighbourhood.there are housing commission flats behind the hotel & we were kept awake all night by yelling & screaming from the neighbours.I could not recommend this hotel to anyone!!

Very clean 3rd floor room. Everything worked. We were there for just two nights. All good. We got there around 2am - After Hours Check-In procedures were easy to follow.
