- Enjoy tropical living in this elevated home which is open and airy with full louvers all around. 3 bedrooms upstairs and Studio/ Granny Flat downstairs. Large deck overlooking pool and yard surrounded with tropical garden's with Balinese style outdoor bathroom.
House is fully Air conditioned.
Fully secure property with electric gate and parking for 3 + vehicles, Boat, Caravan.
Salt water pool and plenty of yard space to enjoy the outdoors + kids play areas.
We are perfectly situated only a few minutes from the Airport, Beaches, 10 mins to Darwin CBD, Mindil Markets, V8's, Turf Club+ more

Secluded in its own forest
Stayed with the family. House is quiet - which we always prefer. However, was still convenient to shops etc. Love the way the lush tropical garden borders the property - creating a sense of seclusion - but still convenient and in town.
