Cycad House | Big Family Home with Waterfall Pool
A large family friendly home in a quiet, leafy suburb, with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Fully air conditioned.
Located at the base of an escarpment this home is surrounded by bushland out the back, it's very quiet and peaceful - but still only 2 mins drive from the centre of Palmerston.
• Fully air conditioned with fans in every room to keep you cool and comfortable
• The large kitchen is fully equipped and includes a nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, sandwich press, food processor and blender.
• Tea, coffee, milk and basic pantry items (oils, sauces etc.) provided
• Chilled, filtered water dispenser
• Main bedroom has a queen bed with ensuite, walk-in robe and attached home office area
• Second bedroom has one double bed and one single bed
• Third bedroom has one double bed
• Fourth bedroom has two single beds
• Large outdoor entertaining area with outdoor dining & lounge
• Plunge pool with waterfall
• Bathroom essentials provided, including hair dryer
• Washing machine & laundry detergents, iron & ironing board provided
• WIFI and TV with Netflix & Wii Game Console
• Esky, drink cooler, swimming towels & beach bag provided for day trips
• Carport to keep two cars undercover
• Portacot with bassinette & changetable attachments, and highchair available upon request (no extra charge)

You will have the entire property to yourselves.
The property is situated at the end of a quiet cul de sac, opposite a park and backing onto the escarpment. There is a 2.7km long bush track along the escarpment that is accessible through a side gate in the backyard.
Multiple supermarkets, shops, restaurants and food outlets are within 1-3mins drive:
~ Oasis Shopping Centre 1 min (Coles, chemist, cafe & bottle shop)
~ Palmerston Shopping Centre 2 mins (Coles, Target)
~ Gateway Shopping Centre 3 mins (Woolies, Big W, cinema & restaurants)
Only 15 mins from the Darwin Airport and Casuarina Shopping Centre.
20 mins to Darwin City, Mindil Beach Markets, Cullen Bay.

Great, safe location, perfect for families
Upon arrival we were impressed with the location, secluded and safe. The house catered for our 14, 6 year. Everyone had room to have time alone or spend together. The pool was a huge hit with everyone. Being at Palmerston is the perfect location, 15-25 minutes from all the best locations in town, but also if you want to do trips to beautiful waterfalls your that much closer then staying in the city.
