Great apartment. Was very roomy and great location. Communication with staff wasn't great when I was trying to sort some minor details out. Phones kept ringing out and messages weren't being returned. But overall once we got there it was a great place to stay.
The appartement was as great as we seen on the pics when we booked. Well furnished great view great place.
The only thing was that the receptionist didn't know how to guide us or explain us where was the building... It was late we were tired with kids and that was really annoying.
In a great spot and beautiful apartment, only complaint would be I couldn’t find pool towels. No matter, we had a washer and dryer, so washed our bathroom towels lol

Leider abends auch einige kleine Kakerlaken in der Küche.

Comfortable and a nice view
Overall the stay was good. However, the light in the 2nd bedroom wasn’t working and there was washing powder on the bed sheets. There were also some marks on the wall but that didn’t effect the stay. Having to check in at a separate location is only a slight inconvenience.

they don't tell you that on the weekend you have to go the the h on Mitchell to check in and out . The maintenance side needs to be checked as we had no main lights in 2of the bedrooms. Parking was you had to park in your apartment number well that didn't happen as someone was parked in it .
Schöne Wohnung mit guter Lage, aber weit zur Reze.
Nach unserem ersten Aufenthalt kamen wir nach einigen Tagen ins C2 zurück. Diesmal wurden wir in ein sehr schönes Two-bedroom-apartment upgegraded. Leider funktionierte hier die Klimaanlage nicht. Also wieder den Fußmarsch zum anderen Hotel und die Frage, was zu tun sei. Letztendlich bekamen wir dann ein noch größeres Apartment und gratis Frühstück. Im neuen Apartment funktionierte dann der Wäschetrockner nicht und die Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer ließ sich nicht richtig regulieren. Insgesamt scheint es ein Problem mit der Instandhaltung der Anlage zu geben. Durch den großen Abstand zur Rezeption ist die Kommunikation sehr umständlich.
Ich hatte diese Unterkunft wegen ihrer Lage und den guten Bewertungen gewählt. Die Rezeption ist angeblich bis 17 Uhr besetzt- kein Problem, wir waren um 16 Uhr mit einem Taxi vom Flughafen gekommen. Die Rezeption war aber geschlossen mit dem Hinweis,dass der Check in bei einem anderen Hotel in der Nähe stattfinden soll. Keine Karte oder Wegbeschreibung. Das Hotel liegt ein ganzes Stück entfernt. Wer also kein Auto hat oder alleine reist, muss sein ganzes Gepäck mitschleppen. Im Zimmer funktionierte das Internet nicht. Also erneuter Fussmarsch zum anderen Haus, wo man uns nicht wirklich helfen konnte. Beim Auschecken früh am nächsten Morgen das gleiche Spiel normal von vorne. Sowas geht gar nicht! Die Wohnung selbst war sehr schön, und die Lage toll.
Nach einem fünftägigen Trip zum Kakadu Nationalpark kamen wir diesmal gleich zum Hotel, um die Schlüssel zu holen. Upgrade zu einem größeren und sehr schönen Apartment, wo diesmal die Klimaanlage nicht funktionierte. Also wieder laufen, etc,etc. Die Leute in der Rezeption sind sehr nett gewesen und haben uns nochmals upgegradet und gratis Frühstück gegeben. Service also gut, nur eben sehr umständlich. Würde ohne eigenes Fahrzeug nicht noch einmal hier wohnen. Im Übrigen gibt es die Rezeption an der Unterkunft selbst schon seit über einem Jahr nicht mehr!
A very comfortable stay but we thought by the pictures we had booked an apartment looking over the park and the sea.
Live music at a local venue was very loud late into the night.
The apartment was big and modern and was right on the ocean which was great. Checking-in was problematic however because there was no concierge on site and you had to go to another location to check-in.
Room was immaculate and well presented. I would definitely consider staying here in the future. The only down fall was that the check in/out site was at a different location. However, this didn’t present an issue, it just took a little longer to get the keys. Still very happy 😀
C2 apartments were in a terrific location an easy walk from supermarkets, restaurants, bars and the CBD.
Our 3 bedroom apartment was spacious, modern, well designed, decorated and equipped. Thevbeds were huge & very comfortable.
We had a great view of the harbour from our balcony.
We highly recommend this lovely, well priced accommodation.
The receptionist at check in was fantastic. She very friendly and efficient, all the information about the property was clear and concise. The apartment we were given had two car parking spaces assigned to it. The three bed apartment was massive with very good sized bedrooms, kitchen, dining room and balcony with good views of city and water.
The cleanliness was disappointing as the kitchen and dining room floors were not swept/mopped properly and the bedroom carpets were only given the briefest of vacuums. The apartment had two baths, unfortunately the water temperature was tepid at best. The furniture was comfortable but it was showing signs of age and wear and tear.
Overall though a comfortable stay, will definitely go back.
