    Parking:
The property has no parking on site; however, we offer the use of a local parking permit that allows free parking in the park and ride car park, located at the top of town with use of the park and ride bus included which will transport you to and from. You can still load and unload outside the property. If the park and ride isn't running then you can catch the number 90 bus from Sainsburys into the town centre.

    Access Road:
Crowthers Hill is quite steep and as such isn't suited for those with limited mobility and pulling up outside the property is often difficult.

    Pets:
One well behave pet accepted - house rules to be followed.

    Mobility:
Given the property is on a steep hill we would advise it is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues.
