This stunning apartment offers outstanding views of the river Dart and across to Kingswear. Overlooking the ‘Boat Float’ (inner harbour), this stylish character property provides excellent accommodation for visitors looking for the convenience of the shops, restaurants and quays right on your doorstep. A wonderful place from which to watch the world go by.

Linen and towels will not be provided for any ‘extra’ beds ie z beds, sofa beds, stora beds unless otherwise requested 2 weeks prior to arrival. Please do contact for any further linen or towel requirements.

One well behaved dog welcome at the discretion of the owner at an additional £30 per week.
