Bathroom: Bath With Shower Over, Toilet. Central heating, gas, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Decked terrace with sitting-out area and garden furniture. Large balcony with outdoor furniture. Parking permit for 1 car included. No smoking. Please note: There are steps from the decked terrace to the sitting-out area, and a drop from the decking.. A beautifully presented two bedroom apartment with stunning panoramic views of the river, the castle and the sea beyond, located on Above Town, just a few minutes’ walk to Dartmouth’s waterfront with its many shops and restaurants. Both the balcony and the secluded split-level garden with sun deck offer the opportunity for al fresco dining whilst enjoying the wonderful views.
