Good small local hotel with a curry restaurant attached. They delivered to our room, fantastic food.

Christmas stay.
Enjoyed my stay. Hotel was quiet and very clean. The only minuses were the pillows (lumpy) and one bedside cabinet needed replacing. Good value. Friendly staff.

I booked this as a low cost hotel and didn't have high expectations. The shelf was falling off the wall when i got in but i just needed a bed for the night so not too bothered. Slept showered and left. During the day i started to get an itch on my face and by the time i got home i was covered in bites. I spent the day with another person traveling in the same car so it was definitely from the bed. Rang the hotel and they denied it could be them and did nothing. No refund despite the fact i look like i've been sleeping in beehive.

Ideal for what we wanted
The staff were very friendly and helpful the hotel smelt fresh an clean The only let down was the mattress on the bed it was quite bumpy and hard and the towels were quite small and rough

A genuinly great little hotel (and super cheap)
I found this nice hotel just west of Dartford on the outskirts of Darenth. I wanted a cheap room for a night so my expectations were not high however, this hotel was great. It was smart inside, room clear, modern, fresh, quiet. Bed comfotable, great cup of tea in the morning. Warm welcome when I arrived. Really, a genuinly nice surprise at how good it was. I will be staying there again. 100%.

Brands Hatch weekend
The hotel is practical and served the purpose for a couple of nights. The staff were very friendly and we had a great curry in the restaurant. Good value for the money.

This place is horrendous! - I was about to fall asleep and felt something crawling on my face, turned the light on and the place was full of bugs. on the headboard, in the bed, on the walls, they were everywhere. There was nobody to complain to - not a staff member in sight - nobody to help move me to another room. Nothing at all. I think this is absolutely disgusting . I have taken videos and photos of the bugs crawling everywhere. I am horrified that the room is rented out in this condition. Hopefully I will get a refund - but not likely as no staff available.

Closed check in early but refused refund
Brought their final check in time forward 30mins with only an hour of notice over email and refused to refund even though I had to pay twice to stay somewhere else. Wouldn’t trust them again.

Staff were very good and accommodating, the room was very hot in the loft and when you left window open quite noisy as on main road, furniture was dated and tired and could do with a refresh in some cases - though all in all very good value for money.

Better than expected
Doesn't look very special at first glace, but once inside it is modern bright & kept very nice, decent spaciuos room, 3rd floor was a bit much for the wife, luckily didn't need to go up & down much, decent cooked breakfast, toast tea coffee etc, overall no complaints.

Green View Hotel Dartford
For the amount of money that we paid it was a perfectly adequate hotel. Had a small issue with checking in because we arrived quite late. I thought it would have been helpful if the person on the other end of the phone had said where I was calling rather than just hello yes. we had a triple bed room which was reasonably clean and tidy. The beds were comfortable. We couldn't open the wardrobe because of the 3rd bed, but ultimately it didn't bother us and the breakfast was an added bonus as we didn't remember that it was included. It wasn't 4 star, but as I said before it was perfectly acceptable.
