The front desk was not staffed the whole time while i was there, but this may be because of the time of year i stayed here. Very close to local shops and the room was clean and modern. "room was fabulous. you missed the mark on simple things: 1. Should be 9 on phone for operator: USA we use 0 2. I asked for an individual bar of soap and was told none since Covid. what does Covid have to do with providing soap? 3. I asked for a wash cloth: not one in the hotel. 4. Took coffee from restaurant to room for breakfast. I received coffee first, then 5 minutes later came toast. I refused coffee and requested hot coffee."
