Completely adequate property for a short stay. Generally as described. Welcoming, quiet, safe and comfortable enough. It could benefit from some attention to some details - most pressing for me would be a new mattress in the back bedroom. We felt springs and were not really comfortable! The boiler is also in this bedroom which creates noise, but not a major problem. Host company was good at communicating and check-in/out was a breeze. Location was great with plenty of local amenities including a pub. Parking was no issue.
