Great stay. Breakfast was lovely, with a wide and varied choice of items. The room was very cosy, and the hotel is bang in the town centre, so very convenient for all that has Darlington has to offer.

Was in the center so very walkable, close to all the shops and restaurants. Easy check-in/out. Also the shower gel, shampoo and handwash smelled divine. Would definitely use this hotel again

The staff were very friendly and the hotel is nice and central. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. The only slight criticism was that there must have been a slight gap in the window as there was a slight whistling noise from the window.

Good to have parking. Reception staff helpful. Nice big room. Lovely shower room. Restaurant had run out of food, so we are out. Bed really comfy. Reasonable breakfast. However, in the morning we could clearly hear loud conversation from the neighbouring room, so sound proofing isn't great. However, overall we are likely to stay again when in Darlington.

Clean and comfortable but nothing special !

The hotel room was clean and tidy. The beds are extremely comfortable. The room itself was extremely small and having to get 2 lifts to your room is absolutely crazy in my opinion for a hotel of this size. Overall I believe the hotel is “not bad” but it’s certainly nothing special. If anything I believe the price paid for one night was a little steep all things considering.
