Holiday Inn Birmingham City Centre by IHG
Easy for conference & excellent services but internal lifts too slow due to being too busy. Not enough room at breakfast. Overcrowded. 1 Coffee machine not working .i would prefer tradittea/coffee pot with waiting staff to refill. Area is too crowded.

Genting Hotel & Spa at Resorts World Birmingham
Warm and friendly hotel staff, the room was amazing! The bed super comfortable and the L-shaped sofa to watch tv, was nice too. Breakfast was also great, highly recommend, no disappointments. Obviously the use of the spa was great.
