Escape to the Enchanting Lakeside Bungalow, a BRAND NEW 2-bedroom/1-bath retreat on the stunning shores of Delaware Bay at Lake Dardanelle! Spend your days fishing, canoeing, or kayaking right from the property. Sip your morning coffee on the charming covered rocking chair porch, then embark on nearby adventures—bike the scenic trails of Mt. Nebo, hike breathtaking waterfalls at Mt. Petit Jean or stroll through the charming shops and restaurants of Russellville. Your lakeside vacation awaits!
No Smoking or Vaping of any kind.
Lake Activities are at your own risk. Understand this is a lake and `lake creatures` are in there.
Pet`s are Welcome upon Approval and Agreement of Pet Policy, with Pet Fee Paid.
Pets must be House trained, stay off Furniture and Bedding, and not be left unattended in house.
No parties, events, or extra overnight guests without prior approval
Please be mindful of noise after 10pm and considerate of Neighbors
You must contact us within 1 Hour of Arrival if there is any major issues with the home.
If there is ever any issues you must take pictures immediately and text them to the numbers provided.
You may self check-in anytime past designated check-in but Please try not to call us past 7pm unless its an emergency. Check-out is 10am

Nice house close to many activities. Not much direct water access near the house but plenty of good fishing and water access within a short drive. Beds are comfy, water pressure is amazing, plenty of parking

The host was very communicative and responsive. The house is extremely clean and comfortable! As someone else mentioned, the water pressure in the shower is incredible! The location was a nice home base to visit many of the area state parks.
