"The apartment was spacious and pretty well equipped. It was also very quiet even though it was on the busy corniche side of Maadi. The staff were helpful and made us feel welcome."

"The Staff were very helpful, warm & friendly.
Reviewing "The area" is complicated...
The hotel is in a very nice gated area, but the middle of Giza/Cairo does have its issues.
To have a view of The Pyramids from the hotel, and to be within quick walking distance of The Pyramids & The Sphinx, beats those issues."

"wonderful experience at this hotel. The service was exceptional from start to finish, the room was comfortable and beautifully kept, and every staff member went above and beyond to make my stay perfect."
"Excellent staff, gorgeous grounds and pool area. Loved wrapping up our loud and busy Cairo days in the peace and beauty of the hotel courtyard. Plenty of outdoor seating in the gorgeous November weather."
"The hotel was very clean. The staff are friendly and helpful
I emailed Concierge desk prior to our visit. Sabry communicated w me via email and we arranged a guided tour of the pyramids. Heba was our guide. She was great. She spoke English fluently and was very knowledgeable. She arranged to the tour to met our needs. I would highly recommend Heba. The tour was $$$ but very convenient and comfortable. The Concierge representatives were all pleasant and helpful at all hours of the day and night. The Hotel representatives at the front entrance were very welcoming and helpful especially with locating uber drivers. Sayed Sayed from Housekeeping was very friendly and accomodating. Ibrahim from Housekeeping cleaned and maintained our beautiful room. This hotel is truly a haven in a very busy crowded Cairo. I would recommend a Nile view room from a high floor. We were on the 9th floor; the view was amazing. "
"Highly recommend but makes sure you get the room you want. Expedia lists a private bath on one of their garden rooms, but it does not have the private bath. It must say private bath on the confirmation from the hotel."
"Spotlessly clean rooms which are comfortable, spacious and well equipped. Complementary bottled water, tea and coffee replenished daily. Plenty of dining options. Absolutley loved staying at this impressive hotel."
"The food is terrible with very limited options. I asked for juice but they didn’t have it for breakfast. Asked for water instead but I was charged for it. TV cable never worked, although I asked repeatedly for it to be fixed. Internet was not working half of my stay. Hand soap in the bathroom was watered down. You get what you paid for basically!!!"
