It was a very good experience it’s clean a new hotel they were doing some renovations to some rooms staff was very helpful in answering about any needs or information of the area

The staff is very helpful and booked multiple tours and transportation for me. The location is convenient, Cagsawa ruins and Daraga church are nearby. The restaurant in the same building has good breakfast and dinner options. I would definitely stay here again!

Overnight Stay before a Flight

Nice place to stay at, very courteous staff, clean rooms. Would be better if they had an elevator. Breakfast was very good but extremely slow service. Don't come too hungry 😅 . I would recommend this place.

The rooms were surprisingly spacious. The hotel is located at a great spot where you can plan your next trips. Rooms were standard but on the nicer side. The shower head in our room had its spouts pointed everywhere causing a bit of a flood in the bathroom, they’ve placed a towel by the shower entrance preemptively to help but It’s a temporary fix. Only major problem we had was that we booked 2 rooms and they prepared only 1 assuming only 1 room was booked for 8 people. Had to wait in the lobby for them to finish prepping the other room. Overall we had a nice stay inspite of everything mentioned. Noone was booked in the entire floor that we stayed and they gave us opposite rooms which made it convenient for our gatherings. 4/5

Poor and expensive

My judgement based on balance between price and all overscore. The price for 4 person room was expensive like in europe 5500 php/night (even discounted), and expensive in phillipines. Thow quallity was only Phillipine provincial standard. Breakfast was very poor, for this room price it schould be buffet type. Room look old and need maintenance, special bathroom was not looking good anymore. There is nothing you can do at the hotel, beside sleep and wash your self. I would not choose this hotel for plesures.

J'ai été agréablement surpris par la qualité de la chambre. Très propre, aucune moisissures dans la chambre de bain,qui est bien équipé. Je n'ai vue aucun insectes ou autres petites bestiole. Lit confortable. Smart TV. Services au chambre via le restaurant au rez-de-chaussée. Proche des différents fournisseurs pour les expéditions vers le volcan Mayon. Environ 15 minutes de Legazpi si vous allez au SM. Pour ce qui est de la vue sur le Volcan, oui sauf qu'il y a un gros arbre juste en face qui cache celui-ci, hihi. C'est ok. Petit magasin général au rez-de-chaussée pour de l'eau ou autres besoins.
