"House was very dirty, no heat, kitchen cabinets and drawers all broken and filthy, mold in the refrigerator, bathroom fixtures broken, shower clogged. Property manager didnt address any of the issues, refused to bring additional wood for chimney and blankets, didn’t even come when power went out because of storm. Property manager attempted to come in the house with vendors to install cinema system during our stay, Very rude, unprofessional and cheap."

"This was a case of false advertisement. No bar and restaurant as mentioned in description. Only breakfast in the morning. Front desk and staff were not super friendly. Very nice structure and things were cleaned but that's the only good thing. Reception area had a very dry atmosphere, no music playing, no water, tea or coffee for guess. I wouldn't go back. I was lucky to have split hotel stays and my next hotel was the complete opposite as far as food options, bars, super friendly Reception,...

A special thanks to Madiha for arranging my second stay at the hotel and for providing me with a room that exceeded my expectations, which made my stay extremely comfortable. I would also like to thank Badr for the very warm welcome upon my arrival and for clearly explaining all the services available at the hotel. Many thanks as well to Shaimaa, who was very helpful and attentive during breakfast at the restaurant. Overall, the hotel is very good in terms of location, cleanliness, and service. What I appreciated most is that the entire hotel team makes you feel that they are always ready to assist whenever needed. It was a very pleasant and comfortable stay."

"We are late sleepers, and we asked.reception if our room could be cleaned even past 5 pm and every time was no problem. Always came back to clean, made up room. And I accidentally booked the wrong barcelo location and I asked for the manager to help and she got on the phone with the other location and took care of everything. Had the reservation cancelled and.the new one made at the proper location. Thank you to all staff including security who volunteered to take my laundry to a nearby cleaners and also picked it up the next day and dropped it off at our room. He showed me the bill and I gave the money to him with no issues. Try to tip well especially in situations like that. It goes a long way."

"Beautiful property located in a great part of the city next to the medina. As soon as you drive in and walk in to the hotel the staff greets you with a warm welcome and friendly. The lobby, and restaurant are beautiful and great. The pool has great ambience and all though you are in the heart of the city, you feel like you’re in your own world. Room a very comfortable and all though the view was not great it still managed to live up to the expectation. I would definitely recommend this property, all in all it was a wonderful choice"
