"Great location - close to Myeongdong. But immediate vicinity is by old hardware shops. You will need to walk 10 minutes either way to get anywhere. Room was a little small for a family of 4, but we made due. Housekeeping brought fresh towels everyday. E-mart on the reception level was very convenient."

"Solid hotel if you want to be in the action of one of Seoul’s hottest neighborhoods. Rooms are very small, not a lot of amenities, and during my stay there was construction on a neighboring property that impacted access to the front door at times. The location is excellent to be close to metro, shops, restaurants. I only interacted with hotel staff at check-in, so if you’re a foreigner and are hoping for a concierge experience this isn’t the spot. Air conditioning was strong and value for money was overall pretty good."

"This was my first time in Korea and I didn’t know the language when I arrived so I was super intimidated. Upon arrival, the staff were so kind and helpful. They gave me a tour of the building and helped me with my luggage. I loved how clean everything was and it smelled lovely. Although the rooms are small, they’re very efficiently laid out. I went to a friend’s air bnb in Hongdae and I actually felt so much more cozy at Stay Yeoyu. I also wanted to note that staying in this location was really helpful. It was a quiet neighborhood surrounded by convenience stores and various coffee shops. I built a routine right away for the start of my day and would head to Wangsimi Station after my coffee at Compose. I genuinely was so bummed when I had to leave. I promised myself next time I’m in Seoul, I’d come back here. It truly felt like a lovely stay."

"We had a wonderful stay at Bellus Hotel in Seoul! The staff were absolutely excellent—friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout our visit. They even offered us umbrellas when the weather turned rainy, which was such a thoughtful touch. The owner was especially welcoming. He took the time to sit with us in the lobby and have a conversation, making us feel truly at home rather than just like hotel guests. And I have to mention the tea in the lobby! It was delicious hot, but surprisingly, I enjoyed it even more cold. Such a lovely little touch that made the stay feel extra special. Overall, Bellus Hotel gave us a warm, personal Korean hospitality experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Seoul! Olive young and dais were in walking distance"
