This is our second time at this facility. Kapis Mansion is a lovely place. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The swimming pool is very nice. We have not yet eaten at the restaurant so I cannot comment on that. We had some trouble when we checked in. Apparently, my travel company inadvertently canceled one of the reservations for our guests. This was at not the facilities fault and they were able to find another room for us at a reasonable price.

The resort was well maintained.Amenities were great-pool, restaurant, rooms, etc.It's nice to have a nice resort in Carles.The breakfast buffet included in the room was really great with good variety of Filipino food. Room was spacious with comfortable bed. We enjoyed our stay!

"The staff was very helpful and polite, and the complimentary breakfast each morning in the restaurant was very good. The pool on the roof did not look inviting and looked like it could use some maintenance but we spent most of our time outside the hotel so did not have time for the pool."
