"The HVAC system is under renovation and the rooms didn’t seem to cool off good. The pool was closed for maintenance for several days. Someone doesn’t automatically clean the room/change towels you have to request at the front desk."

"My room smelled like cigarette smoke. I was disappointed but too tired to care, but my bed looked like it had been layed upon. I checked it and it looked ok under the top blanket. I just switched the pillows around and turned the blanket. I wasnt happy about it but they need to do a better job about cleaning and not sit on or use the bed..I dont know what to think. I was just too tired to complain not sure Ill stay thrre again though. Thats just not right."

"Tyler’s cabin on the mountain is comfortable, private, and full of interesting art. Downtown photos of Charleston, wall hangings, so much to look at and add enjoyment to my stay were there. The bed is comfortable, the furniture is adequate for a small group, the porch is perfect any time of the day.Deer visit the upper yard, and many birds enjoy the forest trees. This is a peaceful retreat! I plan to vacation here again, next summer."

"Stay was very pleasant and accommodating. Breakfast was on point also. Originally booked earlier this year in February for July and had to rebook for August due to a reschedule. Pool was closed in February and was still closed during our August stay. Other than that 👍"

"If you're looking for a nice, clean, quiet and very relaxing home away from home, this is the place. I love this house. I try to rent it every time I come to town. My elderly parents live in Charleston so when I know we have an event going on I always look here first. The host are always available when you need them for anything. Every room in this house is clean and very comfortable. I just feel so safe staying here. The neighborhood is quiet and clean as well."
