My family and I traveled to Danville Illinois for my Son’s wedding. Overall we were very pleased with our rooms and the amenities Townplace Suites had to offer. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was good with a variety of choices to choose from. The only thing we didn’t care for which is not the fault of the hotel are the two marijuana dispensaries nearby. It would have been better if there were restaurants nearby instead.

We booked a king suite with a sofa bed. When we checked in, the room we were given had a queen bed. When we went to rhe desk to clear it up, there was a sign that someone would be back soon. After they came back, they moved us to a new room. That room didnt have any linens for the sofa bed, or enough towels for the 3 people we reserved for. It all got worked out, but it was too much hassle for something that should have been easy. They blamed it on the fact that we booked thru Expedia, rather than directly with them.

It was I few miner things that could be improved. The tussie rake was broken, the walls was a little dirty looks like someone had wasted something on them. And if we need a small vacuum we can get to it to keep the carpet clean. And thing else me and the kids had a great time there and will be coming back. Thank you

The room smelled like stale moth balls. We had no sheets on the pull out bed. No blankets or pillows for the sofa. I went to the front desk to get what we needed and found a sign that said we stepped away. I then called down there to see if they could bring up what we needed and she was irritated I called and super rude. There was no remote for the tv anywhere in the room.

Excellent comfort and friendly staff.

I entered my roo #220, to find a sweet note from the housekeeper. (I can't remember her name.) Everything was so clean, and breakfast was a great mix of healthy and treat choices. Also, the walk in shower was wonderful. I will definitely return to this hotel. On only one night the people in the room above me were loud. Every other night was peaceful and quiet.

Excellent hotel and stay

We stayed here because we were visiting for a celebration in Georgetown and have stayed at this location before. The hotel is very clean and affordable. Our suite had everything you could possibly need and everything was in working order. We will definitely stay here again when in the area

April 2025 Stay

We stay at this property every year for a speed skating event. This year the thermostat in the room made it a challenge to get the temperature of the room to a comfortable level. Otherwise we love this property.
